omg hallyn's smoothie bowl idea inspired me so much i have it for breakfast almost every day now! I just do the triple berry, yogurt, and cold water and add the granola and it's sooo good. I have the exact same thought about granola-I think I like it more than the smoothie itself sometimes😆 but thank you hallyn! i now have a breakfast food i actually like! ❤
A few beginnger rock climbing tips: 1.) Climb with straight arms when you can! It helps them not wear out so fast. 2.) Your shoes should be tight, mine gave me blisters the first month or so. But it gets better! (most don't wear socks but it's personal preference, definitely wear them in rentals) 3.) For falling when bouldering, roll to your back like Alli did at 15:02, saves your joints in the long run(: 4.) Try top rope! You'll have to take a training, but it's so fun and helped with my fear of heights! 5.) Have fun! Love you both and all your videos♥
Y’all talking about monotony in life and how you feel like you need to be productive but aren’t and all that and can’t stop thinking really resonated with me. I also feel like I used to be more productive when I had more hobbies cause then I got my energy and fun out and could dedicate my full effort to getting work done. Also Alli you seemed kinda sarcastic when saying you should get medicated so idk if you meant it or not but getting medicated for my ADHD was the best thing that ever happened to me. I still have energy but now I can be productive and my brain isn’t constantly talking over itself all the time. I also feel like I get better sleep with it. Just something to think about! I recommend Jornay because it’s cheap if you use the coupon code online and also has very little side effects compared to a lot of other meds (at least that’s what my doctor told me)

I used to STRUGGLE with restless leg syndrome! Especially after I had foot surgery bc a lot of time it’s from your legs not being stimulated enough so working out should help but I’ve also found that some good deep leg stretching right before bed or when I feel restless helps a tonnn
It’s very normal for those that have asd to always rethink what happens after social conversations and to be awkward in person a lot unless you’re drinking. ❤❤❤
The middle of the day is the hardest to plan when you don't have obligations. So I just take a nap and then it's like I have two days and I can wake up earlier and stay up later.
Restless legs is the worst feeling, I have it too. I bought a weighted blanket a couple months ago and it has made me feel so much better. The one I got was maybe 15 pounds which is a lot heavier than you think when it's actually on you but maybe try that for a little bit every day :)
Alli if you think you may have restless legs the most common cause of it it usually due to iron deficiency so you can try just taking an iron supplement and see if that helps!
