As usual - incredible work! You are by far the best RUclipsr with respect to accurately crafting tones for the TMP. Fender should be endorsing your work!
Crazy Train recorded is awesome, with the double and triple tracking but that song was meant to be played live, so much heavier when Randy did it, and he changed it so much even he could not remember how he recorded it.
@@willman100 it's definitely on the list but trying not to do too many Marshall tones in a row (which is difficult when most of the bands I love used them! 🤣)
Hi David you can use the free fender Pro Control app to search user presets in the cloud. Just plug your TMP into your computer using USB and launch the pro control app then select the cloud icon in the side nav and search JGG for all my presets
3:00 its actually not too weird since it's based on a Mesa Boogie Thiele style 1x12 and they usually put EV12M in them. But they have a nice bass response while Randys sound was lacking any bass.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'm planning on doing an and justice ⚖️ tone soon as part of my Metallica tones series but will definitely add it to my ever growing list 🙂
Doesn't sound quite harsh and nasally enough to my ear. I read somewhere a while ago that he had recorded one of the rhythm tracks with a wah pedal cocked halfway for that obnoxious mid frequency.
Interesting yeah that's definitely possible! I think I would have had more luck with the mxr 10 band EQ like he used, hopefully fender will add it as well as a visual parametric EQ
Without doubt..........the worst isolated tone on record. Nasally, screams, no definition. That being said, it fits perfectly within the mix. THe song is amazing. The solo guitar.............honky, undefined, harsh, lots of noise, and painful to listen to. Just play the song. This is a tone that NO ONE should try to replicate. Bloody awful. Again. the song works. The isolated track is painful and hurts ears everywhere.
yeah not a great tone, I wonder what Randy would think of it now. However I did try and recreate for anyone curious of how to do it or who might want the preset for live use.

Wow, thanks!
EXCELLENT...Well done.
MORE please, more singature tones!
His sound shocked the world off metal in the right way! R.I.P. Randy.♨️

Yeah the Randy Rhoads tribute album is a way better version
I think you nailed it. Playing it in a mix it really finds its home and stands out
Really great tones. Do you think you could try and dial in a Maiden tone for either Powerslave or Somewhere in Time. Would be awesome. Thanks.

Thanks so much this is awesome. How do you download this to your Tonemaster Pro?

I didn't know that thank you
Can you recreate “death magnetic” tone of Metallica or their actual tone

Exactly. It sounds like a small speaker/cab was used for this and still it worked in the mixed!
