- Finally I tired Hyperia - the new 2024 problematic hyper coaster at Thorpe Park.
It was 23.6 - Golden Day - and the day was not as golden as expected....

@4:06 One of the buttons to start/power the ride is on the top of the lift hill (this is about on every coaster). This is so that everyday before the ride get's started up they can inspect the lifthill (or at lease they should do it). They probably have powered it down to reset the error.
Yep. The problem is that they rushed the 2nd train being added with minimal testing (as it was golden day) and they messed it up again...
This is also why you never go on a coaster on opening day or after a long maintenance. Down times, long queues, ride closure for the day, busy at other rides.... etc...
One hyperia there is an opening day every week 😀
