If you wipe it off within the first 5 minutes your fine just don't let it cure on there or you will have a different problem. If it does cure on the rim take some light metal polish and rub on the affected area
The tire still looks black and has no browning and it's about 2.5 months later. Funny you ask because I was just getting ready to detail ruby for a car show I'm going to the weekend and was going to do a video update on the tire coating

I love the matte finish, looks great to me. I looked for an update but didn't see one, how are they looking a month later?
still looking good now almost 3.5 months later will have an update in the next month on how they are performing
