Hard to tell because of the audio level being so low and the speed of the sequence...but your cat is great!

So great! Love both equally. Two wonderfully different beasts. Will always keep both..

I've tried a few different verbs and always come back to the Des, it's unique and has a lot of character. I love the fact you can flash alternate firmwares too. You should try it with the imitor firmware, tho it might give you GAS.

Love both, but will keep only one. I noticed the DV has a relative high noisefloor on the output even with nothing patched in, maybee without that problem the decision would be easier for me

@@GreenGrooves hmm... I haven't noticed that on mine, I'll take a listen to it after work today and see if I experience what you've described.

Erbe Verb sounds more lo-fi than Desmodus, I prefer the last one. Erbe Verb is a totally overrated and "hyped" reverb.....

I bought my erbe verb 10y ago with phonogene, echophon. Those 2 last ones are gone but I found so many wonders with erbe verb that it's still in my case. There's a sound I just can't replace and a response to CV that makes it a performative reverb like no other (not to mention that playing the knobs live is so easy and satisfying). So when I saw a demo of the Desmodus Versio obviously I found it was inspired by the erbe verb. Add the possibility to change mode, half the size of the MN and an inboard "side chain" that I love to play with erbverb+ dynamix i just bought it on the spot. It's been in my rack for 2 days and I'm already starting to search for videos like this one to make up my mind and maybe just return the Desmodus :p
Having them both... I might as well do a similar comparaison video to illustrate where the erbeverb is powerfull (to my opinion). Appriciate the work here ! but I think there's something else to play around to illustrate that point.
So I guess it's a matter of taste rather than overrated or hyped ;)
