Stolas deserves nothing but the best. He sacrificed his own happiness for 25 years, (from his tenth birthday until he turned 18 years, and then for 17 more years after Octavia was born, since she’s now 17) just to keep up appearances for the Royal Goetia family. But Blitzo definitely needs to work on himself, cuz he states before their first affair that “now he kills people,” which means he’s had some sorta method to get to the human world to keep his business afloat up until now, before needing Stolas’ Grimoire. Whether that method is ever revealed, who knows, but it shows that Blitzo was abusing Stolas’ affection for him to return 25 years later, just to get the book.

Because for one, she loves talking crap about him in front of his face despite the fact he puts up with all the insults and whatnot for Octavia. Two, she admits she loves to tourture Stolas physically and mentally. And three, let's not forget the fact that in episode 5 of season 1, she straight up hired a assassin to kill Stolas, and talked about killing him in front of Stolas while eating dinner! 👊🦉

I was curious to see the wild ways Blast would pretend the concept of gay doesn't exist again. Did not disappoint. Apparently, Stolas is a clownfish. He'll flip-flop gender based on whether he's around Blitz. I'm a little annoyed, but at this point it's hilarious. Also, maybe Blast should write down notes on what happened in the previous episodes to refer back to. It feels like he's watching these characters for the first time each episode.
I can relate to the pain. The good deeds I do for people are never enough, and believe me when I say that it's best to take care of yourself before taking care of others because we only live once to do good deeds until we become older. - wisdom 2022.

Something I've heard is that men cannot be victims of domestic abuse but that is absolutely not true! As you said, you're not "supposed to hit her" and a lot of men get stuck because they feel that they cannot physically defend themselves without being an abusive boyfriend/husband/partner. These men can get battered around just as badly as women being domestically abused. Most men are physically larger than most women so it's easier for people to see and understand a man abusing a woman, and they struggle to see how a woman could overpower a man, but it does happen. Men can even be assaulted.
The "repeating what she says back to her," while not stopping is usually telegraphing that you don't want to stop regardless of her wants and most women will continue to appease him, flatter him, and/or keep themselves safe (after all, you can't tell which guys are going to be like "oh shit, my bad. I'll stop" and who will get aggressive and who will murder you.) Sometimes, the couple has a rapport and has an understanding that her "resisting" is part of the fun but that needs to be established first and usually has a safe word that actually means "stop for real."

I guess I just want to remind you that while Blitzø and Stolas are fictional, LGBTQIA+ people do exist and a *lot* of us love this show precisely because of the representation, and after we watch the episodes, a lot of us will watch every single reaction we can find, too. So to start watching a video with someone we're hoping, because they've been watching all the episodes too, loves the show as much as we do... and then to have that reactor express such disgust over the representation of who we are... it's hurtful.
I am glad this show and this episode in particular are helping.
