- After a tough fight, all 5 copies of Embryo as well as Leonard are defeated. When the final copy of Embryo is defeated, every female member of Tenku proceeds to verbally destroy him. Mori is shot while protecting Kodai from Dessler and Leonard betrays Embryo but is fatally wounded in the process. Tusk kills Embryo for good and Leonard finally has a heel realization as he slowly dies.

Embryo made a joke about the A.T Field? Of all people? Damn, Shinji, you got played.
Embryo's last moment was awfully pitiful and humorous. Our every female member of Tenku fleet scold togehter and he is the first antagonist character who is scolded by Rei Ayanami included Leonard's abandoned.
In an eventual, the Cross Ange is still a humorous anime in the last of the final.
Here's something that could be worse: Imagine that every series that missed out V in the VTX trilogy had their girls join in the scolding. Kallen, C.C, Noriko, Kazumi, Jung, Hikaru, Umi, Fuu, Angela, Haman... and even HIMIKO can join in the fun despite being overly hyperactive and sunny...
Imagine how much melting Embryo can suffer than this.
