THks for the unboxing video . I've been using the Ubox9 for over a yr. I couldnt turn on past the 1st screen after powering up. Any way to reset this ? what's the go-to when I hv this issue?

One of the best Andriod TV Box out there. Kumpleto sya sa entertainment. Especially the Private Channel 😂😂😂 Ask ko lang po, Trial lang po ba ang Worldwide Channels and Movies o for lifetime na sya, as long as you have an internet connection. Nakakasagapbsya ng 5G connection at maganda na specs. Dapat mi box bibilhin ko. But this is a great deal, medyo pricey. But overall, GREAT PERFORMANCE
happy to know you're so satisfy ubox especially the private channels.. hahaha! i notice that some worldwide channels sometimes is unable to pick up the signal... so need time for them to fix.. while for the movies, i think its for lifetime so far i'm happy with the movie list. 😉

Nice reviews Dzimi! How many Japanese channels currently can you see, Star channel and WOWOW there too?
they have 59 japanese channels. Wowow and Star channel both available ☺️.. i notice star channel have 1, 2 and 3

Hey jade, thanks for the message.. so sorry for the late reply cause my house was affected by Typhoon odette last Dec 16.. My house got damaged pretty bad and my house net is dead.. huhuhu... i hope i can bounce back... anyway, did u try set the ubox to english setting?
I’m having some problems with certain channels not having sound. My wife’s favorite is Lifetime and there’s no sound. Any tips to fix this? I’ve tried playing around with the settings for sound and also resetting the box from factory. Help! Thanks, otherwise it’s awesome!
thanks for the msg! I'm glad you and your wife are enjoying the ubox. Sorry to hear that there's some issue. I have encounter that also. which some channels don't have sound. i tried to cleae cache. but result is the same. i need to wait couple of day or weeks that channel will be back to normal.. i think there's issue with fetching the channel signal.. sometime, some channel suddenly removed but will move back again couple of week or months.. 😅

is video service free for life or is there a subscription fee after a year or 2? Bought 2 FUNTV boxes which still work but the video stream stopped and found out you have to pay for another year of service
there is no subscription fee unless its netflix or disney plus... thanks
Hi guy, how cam I cast from my Android phone to my TV through the Unblock TV box?
i only tried youtube.. must be the same account connect to wifi.. phone will prompt cast to tv.. ☺️ while ubox is using youtube apps.. hope it helps ☺️
How can I know more about sport channels. Is Fox Sports still working? And is there from UK, BTSport, SKYsport, Supersport(South Africa). How about Discovery and History, Lifetime channels? Is there a way I can get a list? Thanks
yes, fox sports 1 n 2 are working.. for BT sports, its working well espn, 1, 2 and 3 while for sky sports 1 to 5 are okay also.. history have 1 and 2.. they got discovery channel.. for life time, they got life time movie network.. i can't find the supersports cause they dont hav south africa channels. hope it helps 😁

How's the picture quality? Any hiccups or drop connections?
so far not bad for the picture quality.. connection sometime is buffering but depends on the speed of internet

I do not have smart TV. will UBOX 9 work with a regular TV with hdmi port and is cellphone needed as keyboard?
doesn't require smart tv, the ubox will turn your tv into smart tv as long as there is hdmi port.. i'm not even using a smart tv. 😊 Is has a remote so there is no need of cellphone but if you hav keyboard.. it would be useful also to input.. but i'm just using my remote 😉

that's great!! so happy to hear that.. by the way, regarding the keyboard, i haven't try that.. never use external keyboard but i think it would work if you hav the bluetooth dongle.. 😊
@@dzimi168 Set up took more than 2 hours because of complexity. With blue tooth dongle installed and recognized and connected, still trying to get wireless keyboard to function. Stay safe DZIMI.
Is it possible to control the ubox with tv remote using hdmi cec?
The ubox will get confused if you use other remote.. also, it wont work properly...
Which is better this or evpad 6p for channels english channels?
both are international versions which mean they contain less english channels. consider the evbox 6 max.
i haven't try the evpad but im planning to get 1 soon to compare it.. so far ubox have many english channels 🙂
you don't know what you don't know. this is an international model which means due to DMCA streaming legislation (laws) you'll have less channels than the in taiwan. if you want the full version you should consider EVBOX versions.
Hi Dzimi, will they have Eng subs for any of the foreign movies/TV Shows (German, Korean, Japanese, Chinese .. etc) it's only in Chinese subtitles)
Hello, not all foreign channels have eng subs.. thats the downside of it.. like japanese and korean channel.. each hav 1 channel support eng subs.. but if streaming movies / tv shows some support english subs.. so its really depends... thanks for asking. 😊
i got box 10 and see USA India tv channels BUT their only few channels not all of them and there is no instruction how to use it is their way I can add sony tv from usa or India tech support is horrible

My UBOX9 remote control does not work, do you have such a problem?

Do those Chinese movies and drama have english subtitle? Can they be change?
if you're watching the live channel movies.. only chinese subtitle.. if you're using Ubcinema app to watch movies. there are some movies that have english and chinese sub together.. but mostly its just chinese sub.. 😀😊

pre-installed netflix . go to more apps... english sub for the ubox setting? go to setting, almost similar with celphone changing language setting
since its in different languages, does it have English subtitles..
mostly are chinese subs but some movie they have english subs
From what i know the blue ray content usually has English Subtitles.

Unable to use lots softwares. When we asking customer service they say dirty words and delete us. This product is not cheap with that function we will say it’s totally overpriced and the rude service they offer definitely not worth to buy.
