My UBox Gen-3 bought last year, after about 8~9 months, it frequently gave me BLACK OUT SCREEN for 4~5 seconds. Sometime it happening more, some less. I tried to reset to factory setting, bought new HDMI cables, changed different TVs, none of these help. Contact buyer and UBox, they asked me for lots of information about the box settings. After, they never response at all. NO MORE SUPPORT.

Can you please do the same video in Chinese format, my moms box is in Chinese and the settings we cannot find /locate the storage icon
