This bike doesnt really vibrate like most single cylinders, it is a well balanced engine and it has gear 6 which reduces the vibrations to like 20% of a normal single cylinder

Coupled with a very simple and small antenna, these devices have an update rate of one measurement per second and an accuracy of about 3-5 m (95% CEP*). But even at this level, the speed is still quite accurate at about 0.2-0.5 km/h. I think that the speedometer on the Tekken 200 is wrong by at least 5-10 km/h.

Proper cruising speed is 100 to 110kph but keep it 105
I would suggest that you add a phone holder and use GPS app to test speed. Maybe the 132 kph was actually 110kph in reality.

Top speed of 127kph downhill or flat ground?
I tried in 3 different locations both downhill and uphill, even on this video you can see some hill climbing somewhere
