Good luck with keeping the mites away! So, do you usually place sweet potato in the fridge in Japan? We're told not to put any raw potato of any kind in the fridge. It makes their flesh less nutritious, because the cold starts converting their starches into sugars. Also... how does Amazon delivery work in the sloped areas? It seems like it would be a very demanding job to be an Amazon delivery driver there! 😵
Hi Maria! I'm not sure how to store potatoes properly... I guess I shouldn't have put them in the fridge 😂. I'm not very familiar with the exact range that delivery personnel can cover, but at the very least, they deliver packages to the sloped area where I live. I hope you got rid of the mites in your bedroom. They are such a nuisance. I’m sorry that it looks like your eggplant isn’t sprouting. I’ve never grown eggplant from seeds, I always buy seedlings from a garden center. I think you did a great job filleting the mackerel. The fillets looked good and you still had all of your fingers left. 😂

Of course, you will eventually get better at filleting, but if you need any help, I'm pretty sure there are video tutorials on RUclips.
