I used to love baking too when I was younger. Recently I started making Japanese Anpan, apple pan and also sausage rolls. The bread is the key and it does take time. This is the first time I saw cream cheese Ensemada and it looks much better than the ones I see here. You should have a little cafe’ ❤

I go next month for a CT scan to make sure the stent has no leaks and is implanted well. Will go also to the dentist to fix a cavity I have but I'm doing well. Thank you for checking on me. I used to love baking too when I was younger. Recently I started making Japanese Anpan, apple pan and also sausage rolls. The bread is the key and it does take time.
