Now it’s a movie called American Underdog :)
my guy!!! one of the best to do it!!!
Not even a huge NFL fan, but the production on these NFL Films videos is spot-on - well done :)
Just watched Kurts movie on Netflix this guys the man learned so much about him Whata legend true warrior 🔥👏Whata team this was legendary
Has there ever been a more incredible story in NFL history? Hell, maybe in the history of ALL sports!
Exactly! Don't get me wrong Tom Brady is a good story also being a late draft pick, but he was a rookie. Kurt Warner was 27 in his rookie Year! Honestly the fact that Martz traded him to New York was a pitiful thing especially after the injury. I honestly believe he could have won at least two more Super Bowls a top from what he had
@@holstfly1 exactly...bradys story is crazy but believable...Warners almost sounds fake, like it's something Hollywood would right for a lifetime movie...could not have been scripted better....
Since 1959 I have suffered thru many Ram regular season and playoff loses. The 1999 season made it all worthwhile.
kurt was a great story
That has to be the most remarkable story in NFL history as far as a guy who seemingly came from nowhere to become a legend.
well he could have come from somewhere, all quarterbacks just don't pop up from "nowhere" could they?
@@TheIslandstyle11 The key word is ‘seemingly’
Sad that the Rams have now left St. Louis and Warner will be remembered for a city that doesn't even have an NFL team anymore
why do I always have to deal with trolls?? when did Warner ever play one winning game in Los Angeles??? I will report your insulting comments-but I guess these boards will always have morons like you on them
david graham what was sad was when she jacked our team from our city. But they are home now
And so will San Fran Sicko.
david graham he took the cardinals to a super bowl too. People forget that.
He was a great ram period .. Regardless for what city they represented.
There is something to the storie telling, appreciation to the history of the game and overall awesome histories that no other sport can surpass.
Every nfl video like this is pure joy. The 100 all time players and commercial are other things that come to mind.
This story really is one of the all time “never give up on your dream” stories!!
Gotta love his story and be happy for him.
So proud to be related to this guy
I love Kurt Warner and The Greatest Show on Turf I’m from Maryville Illinois not far from St Louis I got to see this whole season my uncle had season tickets and both games in the playoffs then my uncle surprised me with a trip to the Super Bowl something I won’t ever forget Go Warner and The Rams
Manly tears... Manly tears
Niners fan here. I always respected the hell out of Kurt Warner. He could spin it with the best of them.
What a story! Cannot wait for the movie!
I lived in St. Louis during ‘99 and went to nearly all the home games. Best football year of my life
To think this guy was working as a grocery bagger
Amazing story dreams can come true
Something crazy I think about is how many of the guys passed on in the draft could be HOFers.
DeAndre Jackson your profile picture makes me barf
Chancellor Palpatine At HyVee baby! Where there's a helpful smile in every aisle 😆
Mike Pence i
I had the pleasure of watching Kurt Warner play for the Arizona Cardinals during the Superbowl year for them. Incredible talent. Kurt has a commanding presence off and on the field.
Best story in NFL history. Shame he didn't come back for that playoff run a couple years ago
Some of those throws are just BEAUTIFUL
Am I the only one who thinks the Rams should go back to those blue and yellow uniforms?
Yes you are. Yellow in ANY color scheme other than a banana cream pie is hideous. The blue and white is much better and they're the best team in the NFL at 7-0. Yellow reminds me of vomit.
Yes those are the Best uniforms in the NFL, except the "ColorRush" I could do without that one. The Blue and Gold were awful. GO RAMS!!!!!
St Louis freaking loves Kurt. Greatest show on turf!
Man I love that the movie stayed true to the actual story.
magical season as a person from stl. stlblues 2019 stanley cup right up there too.
this was back when quarterbacks were the toughest guys on the field.
Now look at the NFL now with how they treat their qbs now
No way.... They were obviously tough no doubt but compared to tge other guysbon the field?
Dave Rodriguez You remember the game that Tom Brady played against the Texans and he was being hit by Watt,Clowney.Ray Lewis said "Hey this is football"!!!!!!
@@blueflamexl9880 Ya, now it's like, Breath towards the QB's way n it's a flag lol
Don't go crazy, bro. Johnny U and Otto Graham and Slingin' Sammy Baugh might want to talk to you.
A truly amazing tidbit about Coach Vermeil is 2 of the most unbelievable underdog stories in the NFL are Warner and Papale. REMARKABLE!!
THANK YOU COACH! It was your gamble that turned them boyz loose.
How many kids found the strength, resolve, and self confidence to push through and achieve because of these examples? How many coaches began looking harder at each player for their heart?
