What a fun way to start our morning, seeing beautiful flowers and playing "where's kitty" instead of "where's waldo" with my sweet girls! Everytime Cheddar or Russell came into frame, they got so excited!! 😂
I do wonder if Laura or Russell is running the show… love his appearances. Such a beautiful garden! I love catching up each day at midday (or 1pm whilst I’m on holiday in Italy). Laura and Aaron’s work has inspired me at home too, especially enlarging my glasshouse space and starting to create a conservatory area as well as a planting space.
The Maze is so pretty, need another video of the kids running through it. The whole flower garden is growing beautifully. I laugh whenever you're in the gardens the cats find you. lol
I could tour your garden every day. I just try to imagine myself sitting with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up. Thanks for sharing your trials and successes. It encourages me to get out in my small garden more often!
Wow! Looks amazing! I’ve been dying to see the maze garden. The memories of a child are always so large compared to the actual size of something. I thought of a small ditch as a major hill that we climbed and rolled down daily. I can only imagine how Benjamin and Samantha will remember this gorgeous, mysterious space from their childhood. You and Aaron have created a wonderland, not only for your precious family, but for all of your GA family too.
38 minute video of pure loveliness! Such beautiful things growing, and yet the things that aren’t doing so well make me feel better about my own garden, because we all know not EVERYTHING thrives and survives…it’s all a learning curve! Thank you for being an open, honest teacher teaching us about all the things and keeping it real!
Laura if anyone was given a green thumb it’s you !!! With Aarons help of course… The maze has come so far so quickly The kids are going to love it. Thank you for all the hard work you’ve done in the cut flower garden. Really gives us all so many ideas and information. Will definitely rewatch this video to decide what to try next. You are part of my daily routine and I share you with my friends and family all the time.
Love watching you after I get my kids to bed with a cocktail or two. With so much ugly in the world it's awesome to have something relaxing to wind down too 💐🌸🏵🌹🌻🌼🌷 thank you and Aaron for all you do
Thank you so much for the early morning tour! The maze garden is so fun and the flamingos made me chuckle - they add the perfect touch of garden whimsy! Well done!
It’s amazing what you’ve accomplished (and Aaron) with your property, Laura! I’d be overwhelmed, but you seem to take it all in stride! Lovely to see what’s blooming (still) in the hot summer months! Love your kitties running about with you, too.
My Mom 😇used to call anything that reseeded "Be Backs"! I LOVE That... & talk to her as I walk through my garden. " Look Mom, I have Snap "Be Backs"". She Would Have LOVE LOVE LOVED Your channel!! 💕💕😍
Love seeing Russell and Chedder peacefully helping Mom shoot a video. I have been just dying to see the kids garden!!!!!! THANK YOU!!! It is absolutely perfect, I want to try to do one for my grand kids next yet, it’s just perfect! It’s pretty awesome that it gets down in the 60’s at night, 93 here today and it won’t get much below 80 at night and 75% humidity 🥵🥵🥵 The flowers are just beautiful, thank you so much for sharing and teaching us all! I’m off to plant some zinnia that I pray grows for me! Have a wonderful day!
Laura Please keep sharing all your beautiful things and your sweet family and pets I'm almost 70 but have learned so much from you the past several years. It's 80 degrees this morning at 6 am and the humidity is terrible. I just watered my plants and nothing much is growing here but weeds. You are a bright spot in my day. Thank you so much@
"Imagine being an adult & running through this!" That bistro set is perfect for a morning coffee with the sun coming up. I too have realized that gardening is so much about learning. When I am in my front yard, I always get a compliment and that makes me so happy. My bed is just getting started, and there are so many changes I need to make (like moving plants around). I have learned so much from GA!
Laura, I always appreciate your upbeat, positive vibe. With each passing video (and yes I watch them all!), your happiness and genuine relatability are a welcome part of my day. I love your positive messages at the end of each video wishing us all a wonderful day. Thank you for bringing this joy to each of us as we watch you in your garden. ❤️🌻
It always amazes me that Laura takes a dry grey/white area and transforms it into an oasis in a few weeks Such an inspiration for the rest of us I am continually learning from this channel
Your garden brings me so much peace and happiness every morning (first thing I do with my coffee is watch you). You are the perfect hostess to all of us and your family brings me such hope for our future collectively. What role models you are. Imagine if all of us grew up with a maze garden to run through. Perfect world. Thank you Laura 💕
Hiya from Santa Rosa, CA, birthplace of your delicious looking plum! Thank you for all that you do to bring information, joy and life to all of us these days. I just started in the ICU as a new graduate nurse and I look forward to watching your videos as a way to support my mental health, espcially on the hard days. This channel has not only given me so much knowledge, but it continues to provide me with a safe space to escape and find peace in the chaos. From the bottom of my ❤️, my garden and my soul thank you. Keep up the great work and keep those hands dirty!
Early Mornings look especially amazing and lovely in your garden. The color saturation, streaming golden sunlight, and play on light and dark just awesome. Would love to see an evening tour in your garden when you just go around checking on things. I know it won't be ideally lit, but thats the beauty of an evening stroll through the garden.
I am SO tickled by how much the maze garden has grown and how neat it is!! You planned that out really well. Really made me smile. And it warmed my heart every time I saw Russell pop up or scoot through in EVERY. SINGLE. SHOT. of this video. Lol! Like a "Where's Waldo?" with Russell. That little guy sure does adore you! Everything looks great, thank you for sharing with us!
Thank you for a wonderful tour Laura. I've been dying to see how all your seed crops have come up despite your cool spring and really hot summer. You provide so much inspiration for us new gardeners. I'm in country Australia, so our seasons are reversed. I'm sitting here, huddled under a blanket in freezing cold, waiting with baited breath to start my seed sowing. I don't have a greenhouse, so I have to do my hardy annuals and hardy perennial seed starting in my cold frames, which means I have to be patient. Following your planting of the maze, I have ordered zinnias for the first time and can't wait to get going with them in the Spring. I'm doing an experiment this year of leaving my dahlias in the ground to overwinter. Technically, I'm in a US equivalent 9a zone, but we don't get humidity, but do get hard frosts, so it will be interesting to see what happens. We do get up to 42 deg C (108 F) in Summer, so it's a bit of a lottery. All the very best to you and your lovely family, and know that you are appreciated on the other side of the world.
Oh my jaw dropped when you walked up to the maze, it really took off fast. It’s beautiful, I think momma enjoys the maze just as much as the kids probably do too.
Love seeing the cats together just chilling in the background when you were talking about the dahlias.💗❤️❣️😊It’s an absolutely beautiful garden! Look at what all you two have created !💕💗❤️❤️💗💕❣️
The sunrise is gorgeous Laura! So happy you did the maze garden. Samantha and Benjamin are so blessed to have your innocence of child like wonder and creativity. 🌸❤️
In my opinion, you have the absolute best garden channel on RUclips. I just LOVE all your various gardens and designs, and you have given me so much helpful advice and hours of enjoyment! I'm genuinely grateful to you!
Good morning! I can’t sleep (4am here!) so what a treat to get to watch you early! 🤭 I was definitely “Team Mulch” but have totally changed my mind and love that you’re putting grass in. If Aaron wants to maintain it, what a gift! 🥰. And the kids’ garden! My goodness, it’s amazing!! ❤️. Thank you for starting my rather early day, really beautifully!
So enjoy watching Russell and Cheddar frolicing in the background. They are very entertaining. Have you ever thought of writing/illustrating a children's story book featuring the adventures of Russell & Cheddar?
Laura your knowledge of gardening is so impressive. You are a breath of fresh air with your kind, humbleness and your infectious smile. We had to downsize a few years ago and I miss my 7 acres but love living life vicariously through you now that I am no longer able to garden like I used to be able to. Life is full of seasons and I am grateful for all of them.
Cue the Cats! What a beautiful morning walk around your gorgeous gardens. The cats sure thought so too. It looked choreographed and the cats came in on cue. Of course it wasn't, it was natural just like always. So beautiful to watch in my early morning with coffee and a cat in my lap. Always enjoy every video. I've learned so much from your videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your wonderful family. Thinking of your Mom and hoping she is back on her feet quickly. Can't keep a great woman down.
It's always a joy when you take us to different areas and show the progress. I learn so much as you walk through, and problem solve issues as you find them. Love the happy surprises when "volunteers" pop up where they will :)
thank you Laura it's so amazing to see how far along everything is. my favourite is the maize garden, it must be so magical for Benjamin and Samantha to be playing in there, what you've created is so gorgeous x
Between Laura & the kitty's, it's so much fun to watch. If I didn't know any better, I would say Russell has definitely been stealing the spot light. 🐱 love it🥰
I wasn't feeling too well this mornin, but this video helped me clear my head and appreciate the beauty that is your garden. Seeing the kitties run around is always helpful too. Lol Thank you. 😊
I am catching up on videos from this past week. What a beautiful 😍 area in your cut flower garden. I love everything about. The maze especially would be fantastic fun for the kids. I grew up on a farm and we had fields of corn on each side of our house and behind our house. My brothers and neighbor hood friends had a blast playing in them, carefully as possible, trying to Not disrupt the stalks. I love the flowers on each side going to the cut flower shed too. Your hard work is repaying you by showing off their blooms and harvest. Congrats on a successful garden despite the heat. Thanks for sharing with all of us.
Good morning everyone! It’s 8:20am here in Philadelphia. Our high isn’t going to be too bad today, 91, but with humidity it’ll feel like upper 90’s. I was out in my gardens at 5:30 this morning doing my watering and some weeding. It was still cool enough to wear a hoodie and it was very quiet in the suburb of Philly- quiet does not last long here! I was done by 6:20, so I sat on my patio watching the yellow finches eating off of the sunflowers I planted all around the bird feeder area we have. That’s my peaceful, quiet, alone time with God before my grandchildren wake up. Laura, everything looks beautiful! Your gardens are my incentive! I cut plants down when you say to, and that’s been amazing-getting that second flush. Have a great day!
So I watch Garden Answer the way I use to eat candy bars. Eat half save half for later. In between I go water, weed harvest, and take a dip in my horse trough!!!! ( no horse) I also use the warmer trough water to bucket water all outlier flower pots. Which also some pots surround the trough and I’m watering them whilst in the trough. Which is my humble oasis. Potted flowers on log rounds. Hokey, I know. But I’m having the most fun garden year ever. First half of summer we wheelbarrowed pea gravel across the bridge and filled the floor of the garden by hand. Basic but enough beauty to delight my growing soul. You and Aaron have encouraged me in SO many ways. God bless your mortal souls with immortality, I pray.
Ms. Laura You should be very proud of all that you have taught all of us thru the years. Being a amateur gardener , I was able to name all the different plants in the pots in our downtown area. I was so pleasantly thrilled with myself as we drove through. Thanks Laura for being an awesome teacher! Look forward to watching every morning you post Aaron! You guys are a great team! Keep up the amazing work!
New Gardner in Ohio: I love the look of the maze garden. I can just see the kids running around chasing each other. The memories you are creating for your little ones are precious. I really enjoyed the flower garden, you have done are great job.
Love seeing how everything is doing and really appreciate the longer video. I know with the extreme heat you are having, it isn’t pleasant to be out in it. I love the green grass ways. They look so pretty. The maze area for the kids is wonderful. I love the dahlias and zinnias. Zinnias remind me of my grandma because she always grew them. I love them. I recently had a husband and wife team do some interior painting for me. She grows zinnias and brought me 2 vases full. That was 2 weeks ago and they are still beautiful! As always, you bring so much beauty and joy to me and this world. I appreciate you, Aaron and your family so much. Hope your mom is healing with each day. Sending all of you love and prayers.
How lovely and fun! When I saw you showing the maze garden, I was imagining how I bet your kids just love that space…I can imagine them running through and giggling while having fun! I’d love to see a snippet of them enjoying it…it’ll be so fun to see more turns through the maze for them to explore.
Always a heady experience when your vision becomes reality. Remember well when the maze was just taking off. This is fabulous for the kids and you. And, lovely for us to be part of. Thanks.
Everything is in full bloom and just beautiful. I love the grass walkways brings calmness to your garden. Love seeing your kitties. They really love following you around because they feel loved.
Love watching you out in your yard it and seeing it grow and evolve ! (Long time follower). You and your family are just so sweet, I love how you are always so positive and add a little bit of your life but still focus on gardening. I’ve learned so much from you, We have 19 raised beds In our front yard here in Billings MT, couldn’t have planned it as great as is it without you! My husband thought I was crazy for doing it but we moved for his work and got a new build and I was set on doing it right the 1st time. Much love to you and your family❤️🪴
Russell never misses an opportunity😂
Please let Benjamin film a trip through the maze so we can get a view of what he sees. That would be awesome.
Now 👆this 👆 is a cute idea! 👏👏
Great idea!
Your cats are living their best life, so fun to see your garden and your kitties 🐱
What a fun way to start our morning, seeing beautiful flowers and playing "where's kitty" instead of "where's waldo" with my sweet girls! Everytime Cheddar or Russell came into frame, they got so excited!! 😂
@Lauren B ~ 🙋🏼♀️ I got excited too, each time I saw them come in screen. It was sooooo much fun seeing them🐈🐈 both playing and frolicking.🤗🤗🤗

Russell is my guess.😄
Russell 😂😂
@@deborahbell3518 They say that ‘pet’ cats own us! 🐈
He's like the "where's Waldo" of the videos. I always look for his appearance. Lol
@@rebeccadyer5250 I love how he appears in most videos within seconds of Laura starting talking.
I get tickled to watch Cheddar and Russel pulling their morning shift walking with Momma, and checking out the garden!!! ❤️❤️❤️
They have such a wonderful place to live. I love it.
I would love to watch Samantha and Benjamin enjoying themselves in the maze garden.
@Sandra Nason ~ 🙋🏼♀️ me too!
The maze area is coming along beautifully!! I can imagine the kids running around in there having a all ball!!
The Maze is so pretty, need another video of the kids running through it. The whole flower garden is growing beautifully. I laugh whenever you're in the gardens the cats find you. lol
In my next life, I want to come back as one of Laura’s cats. 🐈 Love seeing them in the background.

It's 6:01 am in St.Louis and I'm getting it in before that sun starts the roasting process🍖.

Always good to see the cats helping Laura in the garden.....it's a big space.
She needs plenty of help and support.
The maze is STUNNING. It came out perfectly, and it’s still gonna get better!
I love how the cats took the entire tour with you :)
It makes my day every time I see Russell kitty trotting into the frame 😊

Loved the cats in the background just hanging right before the dahlias!

Seeing Russell brightens my day ❤️
The sunrise is gorgeous Laura! So happy you did the maze garden. Samantha and Benjamin are so blessed to have your innocence of child like wonder and creativity. 🌸❤️
I just can't believe how fast the maze garden has grown. I am so impatient with my sunflowers taking so long.
Thanks for the morning garden tour, always a joy to see what's going on.
I can’t get over how the garden has grown . The kids must love running through it .
God has truly blessed you with a beautiful garden.
What a delight it is to see Russell and Cheddar living their best lives😻😻
So enjoy watching Russell and Cheddar frolicing in the background. They are very entertaining. Have you ever thought of writing/illustrating a children's story book featuring the adventures of Russell & Cheddar?
Still love the maze garden. Simple hardscape and plenty of secret garden play space for the children. I hope you keep doing the maze garden!
My favorite part of gardening is the learning. And seeing what works and trying new things. Thanks for sharing your cut flower garden.
Laura your knowledge of gardening is so impressive. You are a breath of fresh air with your kind, humbleness and your infectious smile. Special treat! Both Cheddar and Russell! Love the maze garden as it's so cheerful and un-stuffy. A little paradise for you kids. 🐈🐈
Love the corn maze - the whole area looks great. What fun!
I like the clean tidy look of the ranch panels even when plants don't grow to cover them up.
I just canned 10 quarts of tomato sauce (for spaghetti and such) with my beautiful tomatoes, peppers, and garlic 🧄. Love this time of year!

Laura, that is amazing. Everything looks so good.
Hi Laura, thank you for getting up early to bring this lovely tour to fruition.
I wasn't feeling too well this mornin, but this video helped me clear my head and appreciate the beauty that is your garden. Seeing the kitties run around is always helpful too. Lol Thank you. 😊

So happy for you all on the Maze Garden! I was so excited when you planted it and now, Wow! Thank you for sharing. Love your channel!
I love all the content of the video but the CATS in the background it’s speechless!😺😺😺

Every time I see “tour” in the title, my heart is bursting with joy! :-)
The procut Lemon sunflowers look intense. So beautiful. It's my first year growing sunflowers, I want them all.
Lovely video. The cats are getting along well and enjoy their incredible garden which is a beautiful accomplishment.

I was so pleasantly thrilled with myself as we drove through. Thanks Laura for being an awesome teacher! Look forward to watching every morning you post Aaron! You guys are a great team! Keep up the amazing work!
Cheddar and Russell are almost as much fun as the kids oh and the plants 🪴😂 Such a pleasure! ✌🏻🙏🏼❤️🍅🌸🌻🥦
New Gardner in Ohio: I love the look of the maze garden. I can just see the kids running around chasing each other. The memories you are creating for your little ones are precious. I really enjoyed the flower garden, you have done are great job.
Laura - would love to see more flower arranging in your videos. Your creations are always so beautiful and inspirational!
Thanks.
Laura I am always in awe when you do the garden tour of your garden, you have the Midas touch indeed. I will keep trying you are so my inspiration.
What a gorgeous place to be early in the morning!! I don't see how you keep up with everything, mentally or physically! But you are amazing! ❤️
