    Good job again
These bikes do not need synthetic oil as far as most forums and spec mention
Just plain old 10-30 or 10-40 4 stroke motorcycle recomended oils depends on climate
Synthetic will not improve any thing
Instead it will add to more issues
    Your exhaust is leaking bad
You may need new seals on the front headers or other seals between connectors.

I bought a 1975 CB 200 in 1981... which had 6200 miles on it....at the time. I learned how to do all this stuff.... All, just out of a Clymer manual and using basic mechanical skills. I was 19 years old at the time,... It is cool to see people work on these...all these years later. I remember using Castrol GTX 20-50w in mine. I will tell you, the weak link in that engine is the rod bearings... I lost them twice with 2 diff engines. I also over revved it a lot..which was surely the cause. I was a wild / dumb kid back then and really very lucky to be alive... Enjoy...thanks for posting this

I recent picked up a 1974 cl200 scrambler. I wanting to put nobby tires on it as well. What size tires are you running? I was hoping to do 4.1 in the back and 3.5 in the front.

My throttle won’t clear 5-6,000 rpms :/ wondering if that has to do with the Air Intake Carbs or what. My fuel like leaks too with the petcock on… idk, I’m having issues getting it to get it to have any power really

Depending on the year of cb125$
The cb/cl200 are 12volts from factory and only late model cb125s after 1981 were 12v so big difference
      Two different systems probably

Aren't you supposed to adjust the cam chain when it's warm?

Good point! I had warmed up the engine by doing a couple of laps round the block. Did I forget to mention that in the video?

There is a T mark on the generator rotor. You need to turn the generator rotor until that T line aligns to the Index mark. The index mark is around the 10 o'clock position, right by the bolt hold from the generator cover.
