    Another request: Could you review the Kingsdown Vintage line, specifically the firm, Meadow Lane hard top? It’s made with organic materials like wool, but there’s not much information on specific models from Vintage line like the Meadow Lane.

    Could you do a video on the beautyrest quintessence, preferably the firm tight top. The specs make it sound promising in terms of being a cool, hybrid mattress, but there’s not much reviews on it. I just want to know if it’s cool, doesn’t have coils that poke you and will last for more than 5 years.

    I originally had The Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Medium Pillow Top but it came defective. They are only able to replace it with The Beautyrest Harmony Beachfront Bay Medium Pillow Top. How do they compare?

    • @goodbed
      @goodbed  Год назад

      These will be roughly equivalent. The BRS900 might be slightly firmer, but the Harmony is a very close match.

    The Fabric pattern looks eerily similar to the new Serta iPedic series in the SEA Market.

      Interesting! We'll try and find these and take a look.

    Thinking about the Beautyrest Harmony Beachfront Bay Medium INNERSPRING - is it correct that these reviews or for the Hybrid? If so, is there a review available on the innerspring tight top?

      Hi Linda -- This video is for the quilted models in the Harmony and Harmony Lux lineups, NOT the hybrids (which are covered in a separate video). You can see our discussion of the Beachfront Bay starting around 7:25 in this video. I hope that's helpful.

    I have a question..
    I know the coils are based on a number.. but does that number translate to count directly? Like I found a supplier site listing BR models. but the coil density and coil count were completely different.
    For example the "875" model" harmony only had 672 coils in Queen.. Is this correct? Do other brands list a direct count number? it's a bit confusing.

      Hey there! Great question. Coil counts are a little complicated because some brands present total counts and some brands present "coil densities," which take into account the foam edge. This means that coil densities are counted as if the coils extended all the way to the edge and there wasn't any kind of foam edge support. So in the case of the BR models above, the 875 is a metric that represents coil density (counted as if the foam edge wasn't there), while the 672 is likely the true count.
      Hope that makes sense! It is a little confusing.

      @@goodbed it does!
      Was just confused by the 672 count number, but I suppose it does make sense if the coils are 14.75 gauge for medium. A true 875 count would likely be too firm...?

    • @goodbed
      @goodbed  2 месяца назад +1

      @@jamesdeluca3468 It really depends on how the coils are made (how many turns they have, how tall they are, etc), but a true 875 count within that foam perimeter would likely be much firmer, yes.

    What should I consider? I cannot decide between Harmony lux coral and Black b class (both are medium). The price is very similar.

    • @goodbed
      @goodbed  Год назад +2

      Hi there -- Did you see the video we just released for the B-Class? ruclips.net/video/VYAmLCElD6E/видео.html&rel=0
      The biggest categorical difference will be the coil unit being upgraded from the T2 coil unit to the zoned T3 coil unit. The T2 coil unit is solid, but swapping those for T3 and adding zoning is a meaningful upgrade in terms of support, especially for people over 200 lbs, and should have durability benefits as well.
      I hope that's helpful.

    i think you can shorten this video and point highlights for each mattress and reduce the duration of the video to 15 mins.

    Aren’t this plastic toxic ?

    • @goodbed
      @goodbed  28 дней назад

      Why would it be toxic? Unless you're planning to eat the mattress, I wouldn't see any reason to think that a fabric made from recycled water bottles would be toxic.

      @ I was just wondering if that plastic wouldn’t irritate my skin or would be allergic. I have head that many mattress could by toxic.
      I’m actually was going to get one tomorrow (black Friday sale) but I’m little concerned about it.
