I feel no shame in saying what that finish brings to my mind is the mid credit reel from the film adaptation of Jem and the Holograms. We are introduced to a group that wasn’t included in the main plot of the film but was in the original animated TV series, The Misfits. They were big on colors like this finish.
It is exactly what metal needs, some vitamin burst in many ways.
Since before the death of Metallica’s Cliff Burton, it’s had nothing but field rations.
The Floyd Rose Special sucks more than a jet powered vacuum cleaner.
MAX, this guitar reminds me the 90's discontiued Jackson Firebird which is very asociated with Marty Friedman.

Very similar shape to the Washburn A series from the 70’ 80’s except for the reverse headstock, the Washburn had a hockey stick headstock.

I was going to say that it needs a deeper "swoop" so a player could reach the upper two frets easier, even if it's just the PRS carve.

I was on RUclips to see if anyone has reviewed Dionysian Guitars and came across yours but wasn't looking at the Tequila Series but, the Les Paul style (Whiskey). I'm an American citizen living in China and was looking for a guitar to bring home with me and was shopping on TaoBao (similar to Amazon) and Dionysian popped up. The Tequila goes for US$466 in China, the Whiskey goes for US$606 even though I saw a black one and white one for US$255. Did you have to set up or adjust anything on yours or did you play it right out of the box? The Whiskey has a Tune-O-Matic bridge. Thanks!

Not completely sold on the finnish but i like the body, the headstock and the HS config. I think they should have cut the fretboard in the same angle as the neck pickup like those 80’s washburns, would have looked better than just a square fretboard facing a slanted pickup. You never use the lower 3 strings above the 20th fret anyway.
It looks the part, but no SS frets? Im just too much of a fret snob. it's EVOs or SS for me... and the dreaded FR-special. Me no want. Me no want...
@GuitarMAXMusic Im curious if the offset rail pick up makes any kind of difference in sound? or is it just a look? Regular humbuckers the magnets have to be directly under strings to work correctly right??
So they put an obscure headstock on Washburn A20V from the eighties
it is basically a jackson firebird replica but the body shape is not 100 % correct
That guitar will defiantly have a Les Paul sound except slightly exaggerated because of the larger amount of mahogany
The bridge doesn't look far enough back..too close to the fret board..too close to the humbucker.. looks odd and you should be able to but a single coil between the pickups and it would be too squeezed in because of the bridge

Honestly I think it's cool but wish they would do something to bring out that grain a little cause a burst without it seems a little weird. It does look like it probably neck dives?
Cool guitar. If only it didnt have a floyd on it. I got old and dont wanna deal with floyds anymore lol. even tho i have a js1200 and dime slime, those are only 2.
Sick guitar. All they need to do is fix the fade on the dimeslime finish. Needs more fade in on the burst.
That bridge pickup seems to be wired wrong. Sounds like the polarity is reversed on the two coils.
And the bridge pickup is place very far from the floyd rose bridge

Looks like there is flame maple cap or veneer on the body top to me, not just mahogany.

Not that I know of, but all of the Grote guitars that I have played have been good.

ive been wanting a 80s hair metal firebird for a good while. how does it compare to the "real deal" body shape wise?
Knowing nothing about Dionysian Guitars, I will say this. The only company I can think of who has never put out an instrument based on practical customer interest is Gibson. It could be that you’ve done your part to help generate enough interest in this particular model, Max, that they will put it out in short order, especially if it has shown up at the NAMM conference.
I’ve got to say that the dual rail neck pickup sounds almost as big as the bucker in the bridge. Makes me wonder if it’s rooted in the same TriSonic pickup on the guitar I got in February, a Burns duplicate of the Brian May Special. I made the mistake of misjudging those when I had an alternate version of them put in another guitar for me. The original ones apparently sound huge for single coils.
Looks like a Firebird. I never thought of them as Metal. I do have a 2016 Firebird V.

I would define this guitar and it's headstock as uncomfortably fitting.
I'll be the bad guy and say exactly what Spectre studios says, stop acting like 250 dollar guitars are nice when the $1k guitars currently have some of the worst QC many have ever seen.
Schecters are shipping with crooked bridges, PRS are shipping with QC marks still on the bodies, Epiphones fret jobs are hit and miss, Gibson has sold out to China and Fender is charging 4k for a reliced "master built" strat. 😣
Gotta say, been playing guitar for over 20 years and now is worse than ever for guitarists.

My greatest hesitation is thinking of the eight year old kids sweating in some grimy, dusty, noisy dangerous environments to mass produce an item for which they will receive an extra bowl of rice . . . maybe. Then there is that communist thaing . . . no can do.
