The Comoros-France row: Only migrants with ID to be allowed disembarkation

The Comoros will allow boats arriving from Mayotte to dock at the port of Mutsamudu on the island of Anjouan.
The maritime link between Mayotte and Anjouan was officially suspended last Monday for work by the commander of the port of Mutsamudu.
