After watching this channel, I decided to take on the challenge of waxing the epoxy floor in my basement. It was easy and it looks great now. Would not have even considered it without watching ACS. Nice work.
Love these videos and the cleaning/care tips. On that note, I’ve never considered waxing an epoxy floor! Which video on this channel demos that? Thank you for sharing all your hard work guys!!
Ethan killing those hard to reach spots! I do love a good rug clean, but I'm always interested in seeing other kind of surfaces. Yall even got the spots under the hoses, goooorgeous
Love returning every once in a while over the past 4 years & seeing this channel gain more success. Wholesome content & a wholesome family for all of us little cleaning weirdos to enjoy 😂🩵
So glad to see this. I worked for 34 years in a hospital where they would do a wonderful job of stripping and waxing the floors but corners were neglected and drove my OCD crazy
First of all.... Miles you are fast!!!! So happy to hear you have new equipment to record. Always happy to hear you have new things to help make your videos better. My favorite part... Probably seeing the old wax getting stripped from the floor. To see that crusty gray wax come up with little to no ease (from our view) was just so good to see. Great job Ethan!!! That's how professionals do it!! Another part is seeing the floor go from clean and still to shiny and vibrant. Man you gotta love it!!! Great job with the video guys. Sending love to you both! Give my best to Papa Clean.
Gotta love the RUclips algorithm. Started watching review videos of the O-Cedar mop to watching these guys clean carpets and floors . These young gentlemen are killing it with their professionalism and work ethic.
Lol I have one of those! I love boiling my big water pot, then dumping it into the o cedar one. Barely needs chemicals BC the scalding hot water gets it. I wear nitrile gloves first, then wear played gloves that cover my forearms better
I have family in the industry as well. Coming home covered in all kinds of plastic dyes and stuff oof. This is the cleanest shop I've ever seen in my life after you guys were done.
@@ACSrugcleaning You sadly can't see most of the magic, as the mould itself isn't see-through. That's where the cool stuff happens, with the injection of the liquified pellets.
I’ve been cleaning the floors at work section by section. The grime along the edges and in the corners doesn’t give up! Props to Miles and Ethan for getting in there and making it all beautiful!
You are so professional at your young age and I know your father feels so grateful that he can trust to leave yall with a job and you will not let him down because he knows you aim to please!
Wow this was such a nice job. I think cleaning up floors like this is even more impressive than things like rugs. I'm always so impressed when someone can do such a perfectly thorough cleaning job on a hard floor.
Your work is fantastic and your results are night and day! I worked in a group home and they hired a crew to do what you did, to our floors, and when they left we found paper clips, hole punch "dots", a rubber band, etc. stuck in the wax!! They did not call them back again! Again, great work and nice people! God Bless!
The waxing was my favorite since it made the floor look shiny and new. I loved this video, the work, the smiles, the laughs, the southern accent, and the final result. Great job! Have a blessed day y'all!
Mt family had a flooring business. I grew up napping under sample racks. It's nice to see people with such knowledge of flooring and exactly how to clean it and what the surfaces can and can't handle.
I use to work as a porter for a major grocery store chain. One of the most satisfying parts of the job was stripping the floor of an isle and putting down 3-4 coats of wax and getting that mirror-like shine after buffing it.
Those floor scrubber machine things are a balancing act. You handled it excellently. Great job as always, the final wax making everything all shiny and new was my favorite. Thanks N Take Care my Friends
I wish everyone had a contractor like you to clean their linoleum floors. When I go into public restrooms and see how filthy their floors are, especially in the corners, it is disgusting. I can imagine restaurant kitchens floors are just as gross if not grosser. How many contractors actually scrub around the walls and in the corners? You guys are the best.
I've used a thermoplastic extrusion press just like the one at 1:11 in the past! Had a sore back one day and missed the hopper with a bag of those plastic pellets and they went everywhere.
Y’all are such a great team. Ok my favorite part was you running at the end. And Ethan filming it! Lol. So my real questions. I remember my mom waxing our hardwood floors when I was a little girl. But I don’t think I’ve ever used wax personally. What kind of flooring is wax typically used on? And how long does it take to dry? And since it looks so shiny when it’s done, how can you tell when it’s safe to walk on? I will say that the floor looked killer when it was clean and shiny though. They should really appreciate the job well done! If that was my building I’d be recommending you to everyone. You two should be proud.
I use to install vct in targets and other buildings. We had to apply wax sometimes and we used a bookbag that has a wand that dispenses the wax onto the floor. the bookbag had a bag where we fill it up eith wax and use a microfiber application pad
I worked at a huge hospital as a floor tech. We had these wax applicators and made it so much easier to lay down product. Basically looks like a swiffer sweeper with an area you put a box of wax in
Y'know that wax was filthy by the time you guys stripped it, but that means it was doing exactly what it was supposed to. Having that coating makes it a lot easier to maintain the floor, and the amount of dirt it collected is dirt that won't permanently stain the tiles underneath it.
When I was in highschool, the janitor was using a wax method that had a rectangular wax pad that fed from a bottle that was on his belt. And advantage I see with that, if it works with your waxing, is that it always has a leading edge and will collect any dirt that was missed in the cleaning before waxing, and you arent dipping a mop in the wax where theres the potential to mix in contaminants. Great video as always I love seeing the clean finish
Waaaaait not Ethan with the SUPA HOT FIRE “beep bop bada boom bop” 😂😂😂 Great vid, as always. I still go back and rewatch awesome transformations like the skating rink, the lady with 85 coats of wax on her tile and some liquid gold rug cleans. You all spoil your viewers and we thank you 😁
I think my favorite part is seeing the old wax being removed. It's so satisfying to see years of buildup going away, leaving the floor looking like new again.
High five to the editors!!! Any chance you guys might consider interspersing the video with before and after clips of each area? Or even just a still shot of before and after from the same angle ? Thanks again for the great content!!
That machine is called an injection molding machine. What melts the plastic is a heated screw on the inside. The thing you're holding in your hand at the end is a sprue of dog bone tensile test samples. They put the thick ends into a machine and pull it apart to test how strong the material is when you stretch it compared to how much it stretches out.
I used to work for Numatic International in the UK where they use Injection moulding to make Henry vacuum cleaners, that's what that press was at the start of the video. I worked up close with them, boring job, but the engineering side of it was fascinating.
Myles that Biggie line was not lost on me lol however this was very impressive you guys went above and beyond the hand cleaning of the baseboards was my favorite part and of course the bloopers
