The sound that rug machine with the water bath made sounded a lot like retching. Took me a minute to realize it was the machine and not someone in the back about to throw up lol

Dont see any kill switch for the carpet slapper near the infeed. You should really have a bar on the floor the whole width to step on or a bar just over the infeed to hit in case you get an arm in it. Might not seem dangerous but if there isn't anything stopping it it can end very bad

Just out of curiosity, how come you don't wear gloves when handling the rugs? Some of them are soaked with urine. Also, someone asked what kind of vacuum cleaner he's using. It's a commercial Hoover.
