Wow!!! I thought maybe this comment was something i had left. Because i literally am the same. Full body pain and c-ptsd. Juat had to leave my job again due to it. It is so hard to live with this. Id love to connect! I always wanted to find someone similar as me.

It was hard for me to repeat everything because I am slow (😂) but I let your words wash over me. What a way to start the day. I do this in the morning and I didn’t realize how anxious I was in the morning until I started doing this. It really sets off my day to the right direction.

First time trying this mediation tonight so I will keep you updated on how it goes , I am sick of nightmare or constantly waking up through the night and feeling rough in the mornings so here goes , I do mediate but night times only I struggle with morning or through the day mediation but hopefully if I my body will allow me to sleep and rest during the night I can start doing the morning or through the day , love and light to you all .
This meditation is great. I'd really like a longer version of it.

Had paranoia at bedtime and this helped❤
I use this every morning I wish it was longer as I have to do it at least 3 times but it always works for my anxiety and panic
Maybe I will make a longer version, I have had a lot of people tell me they use this one a lot :)

Please could you do this with ‘you are’ instead of I am.
How do you relax when you have reasons to feel unsafe? Not the literal physical danger, but other stressors that don't/can't go away.
Hello Taifuun, I would say that so long as you are not in actual physical danger, the best thing you can do for yourself, your mind and body, is to take the time to feels safe in the moment. The one thing that we can control in this crazy world we live in, is our mind, our perception and how we feel. It takes practice, healing for some, but it is the best thing that you can do, so that you can manage the stressors around you better. If you need more help with this please let me know :)
I enjoyed the messages of your meditation. I’d like to suggest going just a little bit slower. With each statement as I repeated it in my mind you were on to the next before I could finish. This made the meditation feel rushed and for me, negated the intention of finding safety within myself.
Noted :) I did actually repeat the statements myself but I guess I must talk fast lol. I am going to be making another version that is longer soon, and I will leave more time between the statements :) Thanks for the feedback. Have an awesome day!
