32:52 Joel przybilla is my favorite player in that draft class he was originally drafted by the Houston rockets ninth overall but unfortunately the rockets traded przybilla was traded to the Milwaukee bucks
One of the most underrated players on this list was Jamal Crawford. He should've been an All-Star at least once, and it's a travesty that he never was one.
As a Bulls fan watching these videos shows me even more how awful the decisions the Bulls have made over and over again! They gave away a rising star Crawford for a bunch of nobodies! How many times have we done this? Pisses me off! Portis,Markennin, dinwiddie, butler, deng, brand, just a few that come to mind that left and went on to be very good!
@@CrakaBakBlakif the micro fracture tear’s didn’t happen then maybe but with Redd he was an all star, had an all nba team selection, was an Olympian and at his peak averaged nearly 27 points a game so he definitely had the best prime.
The newly added Charlotte team was initially called the Bobcats for like 10 yrs. At that time, the NO team had the Hornets name. So now, the Pelicans are the "newly added" team lol
I would argue that if the Nets didn't have Kidd, Martin would just be remembered as another guy with insane athletic ability that loves to dunk the ball
Crazy that this draft's best player was Michael Redd. Which no disrespect, he was a great 3 point shooter and could've been viewed a lot different if his team wasn't trash and if he didn't destroy his knees. Still, the fact that he's the best in this class is kinda nuts.
Sad for Kenyon, the kings and nets. In a world without corruption, one of them will be the 2002 champions and many lifes will be changed with Webber not being belittled by Shaq (the same guy who sould shut up about one of his ring) or Kidd will probably retire before joining Nowitzki and the mavs will never be champ.
BRo wtf did y’all see in one of those pictures how Shaq dunk on the entire NEW JERSEY team that was absolutely wicked and hilarious BRo wow Shaq is a really strong Boy tho 🤴🏽😆😆😆😆🏀🏀🏀🏀🔥🔥🔥🔥👌🏽✌🏽🤘🏽🥂🍾💯✅
Interesting video. The best solid I can give you is to strongly, very strongly, extremely strongly Recommend you stop doing the blur to clear fade. It's really tough on the eyes.
I think the nets made a mistake not keeping Martin around. If he stays in the east he makes a few more all stars all nba teams all defense teams and possibly a hall of fame nod. I also think he should have went to Miami in 2012-2014

It seems like all the top ten picks in this uears draft got swept or loss the playoffs to the spurs the players drafted on the west teams Crazy 💯💯💯💯🤯🤯🤯🤯😂😂😂😂
I still believe BULLS messed up in this draft. In 99, they got Elton Brand & Ron Artest. In 2000, they had 2 top 10 1st round picks. They brought in Floyd from Iowa St to HC, that was bad bc who they take at #4? Marcus Fizer from Iowa st. SMH. With those 2 picks, they could've drafted C Chris Mihm, so was a prototypical center, solid. & Quentin Richardson, from DePaul which is in Chicago. So for 2 drafts, you fill 4 positions?. SG Richardson PF Brand SF Artest C Mihm bc remember in 2nd round, they drafted 2 PGs, AJ Guyton & Khalid El-Amin
The problem with the Bulls in that era was that they gave up on young talent way too soon, and the Jay Williams motorcycle wreck. They realistically could have kept Brand, drafted Chandler at center, Artest at the 3, Williams at the 2, and Heinrick at the 1.
@@violetscott5628 you passing up the whole 00 draft, which is subject here. I'm saying if they had Brand, Artest, Mihm, Richardson, they wouldn't have had top picks in 01 & 02 & 03.
U are not good at this, 6'9 was average height for the PF...way bigger then the 6'7 PF's that was on every team. And knowone compared him to Rasheed Wallace...😂
This was a terrible class w a lot of potential lol just like my 02 class. Kmart is kinna a weak #1overall #js. Stromile swift I I thought had ROY potential.
Stromile Swift in 2k used to dunk EVERYTHING 🙌🏿…. I tried to emulate his hand gesture after he dunk😂😂😂
Gerald green was cold too
He's no champion
Yea the hand gestures were 🔥 whatever he was doing lol
That was still Sega Sports 2K
Stro was a monster in 2k
32:52 Joel przybilla is my favorite player in that draft class he was originally drafted by the Houston rockets ninth overall but unfortunately the rockets traded przybilla was traded to the Milwaukee bucks
1:23 “Twin Towers” = Ming & Muggsy?!?😂
I think D Miles is a good example of how important the team you get drafted to is. Imagine if he was drafted to a place with more stability.
Like San Antonio
Imagine if he worked on his jumper too!
Mike Miller was always one of my fave players. Still got his Grizzlies jersey.
Very good and thorough video, I don't often see videos that actually take time to go through each player's career so specifically.
Excellent analytics and smooth transitions full of amazing insight. I miss this year and following ball with players like this.
Nice work, it's cool hearing some of these forgotten names after all this time.
Thank you! It’s interesting to go back and cover some of these older names
One of the most underrated players on this list was Jamal Crawford. He should've been an All-Star at least once, and it's a travesty that he never was one.
He’s a pure hooper. His game was art fr
Hell yeah bro.... Keep making videos like this. Their definitely interesting 💯🙏
Great to hear! More coming shortly!

Deng was only ever good on the bulls then he was just a overpaid started with injury issues and you didn’t even spell Lauri’s name correctly
Kenyon mart story is so crazy mans broke a leg and still number 1 pick 😂😂😂😂 and his highlights are CRAZY
Michael Redd was definitely the best player from this draft which says a lot for a second round pick
Kenyon Martin by far.
@@CrakaBakBlakif the micro fracture tear’s didn’t happen then maybe but with Redd he was an all star, had an all nba team selection, was an Olympian and at his peak averaged nearly 27 points a game so he definitely had the best prime.
Kenyon Martin and Mike Miller were solid AF
@@imixupfh9053 they were solid but Redd was a diamond in the rough especially being a second round pick
AWESOME 💪🏽🏀💯‼️
D Miles was about to be a 20ppg scorer w/o that knee injury
Stromile was my boy he could jump to the moon so could Darius also my boy that clippers was my favorite team back then
J. Crawford best of this vid

I wish Martin got drafted by the sixers, A.I. needed an enforcer.
Bingo I also think he should have played sf a little more.
AI needed to pass the damn ball.
Martin was not an enforcer dude got punked by lil george karl
@@andrem.thomas332he needed another all star player
Mike miller fave team no shoe 3 points NBA finals 2013 amazing
I remember the Demarr Johnson story when it happened, truly sad.
The Crawford-Williams 6th man award
It's crazy saying only playing 56 is missing a substantial chunk of the season. I blame load management lol.
3:44 damn final score of 76-74.
Stromile Swift was so electric at times.
7:01 is that marlo from "The Wire"?
Anyone got the name of the instrumental? I find it very soothing and nostalgia inducing.

He still is.. He was good his first 4yrs left NJ then became irrelevant

This was the worst draft class of the past 25 years, maybe 30. I respect any, and all NBA players but I'm just being honest.
Amazing video!
Thank you!
Crazy that Jamal Crawford still looks 25. If you see him on NBA network, he looks like a young analyst. But he played until he was 40.

San Antonio was a slaughter house it sounds like
They were a force to be reckoned with back then!
I had such high ass expectations of Stro Swift. 😭😭😭
Why? That’s on you as a bad fan. That’s why you work in ______ and not in NBA front offices.
Blazer fans loved the Vanilla Gorilla.
You didnt mention Crawford's pro-am league "Crawsover"???

Alright, thanks.
For a sec i thought Mike was Mr Beast
That pic does kind of look like him
Jamal Crawford was a good player even though he didn't gain any weight.
Crazy good handles

I think the nets made a mistake not keeping Martin around. If he stays in the east he makes a few more all stars all nba teams all defense teams and possibly a hall of fame nod. I also think he should have went to Miami in 2012-2014
He maxed out in college honestly.
@@andrem.thomas332 noooo he averaged 23 in the finals and drop 35. If he stays with the nets and j Kidd things are different
