I agree. I changed mine out with micro LEDs and they are nearly invisible but very bright. They keep the long, low drag bike look of the NRS. I hate the big mirrors and despise the ones on the Muscle. Look like bug antenna
Dude, you will not be disappointed with the night rod. When I punch the throttle on mine, it's like being a bullet shot out of a gun. Just an awesome ride.
I have a 2016 Night Rod, and I LOVE how it Looks and how it Pulls STRONG in ALL GEARS!! I LOVE the Comfort And Handling!! NIGHT ROD FOREVER!!!! My bike was a leftover 2016 Night Rod Special, all blacked out! The M109R (renamed the “Intruder”) is simply to long for my 5’81/2” frame. The Night Rod for me PERFECTLY!!!
One thing I will say, there are many super fast, powerful performance bikes out there, BUT a Harley V-Rod muscle will always get you much more respect no matter what year..!
Cruza Word or warning for a man so financially conservative. Bought a VRod new off the floor. 2 years later couldn't sell it for half of what I paid for it. Resale on them must be the worst of all Harley models. It was a fun bike but a investment nightmare. Other issue was gas mileage. I had half the fuel mileage as my buddies so I was always the guy needing to stop for gas. Its long gone and lesson learned. Afterward I bought 2 Panheads rode them and enjoyed each for 4 years. Sold each of them for 30pct more than I paid. Think about it. All I'm saying.
I own a v rod muscle. Never owned a night rod, but my buddy who owns a night rod rode my muscle, and he said he wished he would have bought a muscle instead. It's bigger and less manouverable than the night rod, which were his only complaints, but he said you could tell the muscle had much more power and torque. So far I've loved my muscle... only complaint I have is that you won't want to take it on long trips simply because the forward seating position isn't very comfortable for more than 30 minutes of riding.
I sold my Ducati 1299S and bought a 2016 Night Rod. It’s awesome, and is the only Harley they rides like a sports bike, 9000rpm redline, mine dyno‘ d at 128bhp with just some slip ons. Camshafts bring it up to 140bhp+. Great bikes, and solid engine. Ride one and see, you’ll love it if you’ve been used to sports bikes.
So funny. I just recently had the same dilemma. I was looking at both the night rod or muscle. I do like the air box on the muscle and the rear fender and integrated lights best. Which is one of the reasons I went with the muscle. On October 13, 2017 I bought my first Harley and it was a 2013 V Rod Muscle Good luck with your choice!!
Ok Cruza, since I like you I'm gonna help you out. About me; currently own a 2014 Honda Valkery, purchased new this summer with 4 miles on it, a 2006 Yamaha FZ6 (the beater) and ... a like new 2009 Muscle that I bought 2 years ago for $9500.00 with 2,200 miles on it. I thought it was a good deal since the bike looked new and came with V&H pipes which sound awesome-and a bike jack, bike cover and trickle charger ... And, even a HD kick stand puck. The bike now has 6k miles and other than the inaccurate fuel gauge (known) issue, not a problem so far. I can see me parting with the Yamie and even the Valk but the Muscle is here to stay - I simply love the looks of the bike and the power it has. To me Harley didn't pull any stops with this one. Dual exhausts, inverted forks, Brembos, Full steel braided lines, full LED lighting (except for headlight which I corrected) self cancelling signals, keyless start, ABS, folding side lic. plate holder and ... that -oh sooo fat- 240 on the back ... Talk about sexy!!! Not to mention the water cooled, Porsche designed power plant which was very hard desert tested. The looks of the muscle as YOU point out are way sexier than the Nightrod IMHO, although they both look good. My buddy (a former sport bike rider) rode mine and a year later he got a 2012 in Denim Black with 7K miles, he loves it - no issues with either bike yet. If you like the muscle I'd go with that. Personally if I had gone with the night rod I would have probably lived to regret it every time I saw a muscle. Also like you, I waffled between the Muscle and the M109R at the time (took the Nightrod off the list early on). But I'm glad I went the Muscle way since the 109 is truly beginning to show it's age and although is a great bike, it looks bulbous and somewhat cartoon like IMHO. (sorry M109 owners, I know that 1.8 Ltr. Is killer). The Muscle on the other hand still looks sleek and ahead of its time. I still get stares and thumbs up on it (as well as on the Valk), no one gives the Yamie a second look But that's an '06. In the future, the Yamie will be replaced by a 2017 or better Street Tripple since I do like the look and feel of the naked middle weight. But the Muscle is here to stay Baby. Hope this help Cruza - you lucky I like you.
From what you have described between the two I think the Night Rod would be a better choice. Listening to those that have owned V-Rods they sounds like a great bikes. Not sure if it matters to you but Harley-Davidson stopped production of the V-Rod line and now focuses on their new Milwaukee Eight. Since you like a lighter feel of a sport bike the new Softail M8 line might be worth looking into. I only sat on a few (never ridden) but I must say it has a very light feel. All the people I have spoken to that have ridden them have said they are great handling bikes especially the Fat Bob. Since you already went to the dealership you really have nothing to lose by test riding a few. I ride a Touring M8 that weighs about 900 pounds and the torque/acceleration is great and the engine has been reliable for me and other owners I have spoken to. If not the M8 Softail maybe the sport/cruiser Ducati XDiavel with lots of torque and horsepower. Good luck in your search.
Love your Video's Cruza , I agree completely with you about the night rod and muscle differences . You can always change the tail over from the muscle . These bikes when customized are so tough looking I love them .
I bought a leftover 2016 Nightrod Special, with no miles and I absolutely LOVE my bike!! It’s Fantastic for cruising, looks absolutely STUNNING, and the only drawback (if you consider it one) is the skimpy backseat for a passenger on the Night Rod, which comes a little better on the V Rod Muscle. There you have it!!
I have the same. Bought it with 4k on the odometer last year. It now has 11k on it! Love the bike. I’ve made a few changes with more on the way. Front and rear air suspension, custom rear fender, center stand, 300 rear, handlebars with integrated cluster and custom wheels are just a few within the next year
Just purchased a new 2014 Honda Valkyrie. A serious power cruiser that was a natural step up from my busa. I would like to know how you feel about the Valkyrie and if you have had any riding time on one. Hey, that would make for a great motorcycle review coming from you. Respect.
I say night rod all the way. Especially knowing for sure the condition its in. Thats worth 2k to me. When i priced out the fender swap i believe it was about $500. You gotta replace the whole fender mounting assembly. Integrated turn signal/mirror assemblies are online everywhere and you can find some for under $150 fairly easily.
You can’t really go wrong with either of them. They are both very nice and a big departure from what I’ve seen on this channel. It’s always nice to get a different perspective and those bikes will definitely do that for you. It’s just a different kind of ride. I’m a Harley fan personally but I did come from a CBR 954rr. I loved my CBR and was unsure of the Harley but after a couple seasons I fell in love. The transition from fast to cruising was difficult though. Best of luck in your decision I’m sure you’ll be happy either way. But personally I’d go with the night rod.
V rods don't need much maintenance. I have a RUclips hobby and ride a 2012 muscle. Check it out if you have time. They are more fun than you would expect. And it has been discontinued so MAY go up in value later.
I have a 2012 VRSCDX"NIGHT ROD". I bought it brand-new and love it. If you have any questions about the bike, just ask. I babied my for the first thousand miles then put on different muffles and screaming eagle tuner and tuned. Don't do screaming eagle tuner do the dynojet power vision. The screaming eagle tuner only plugs in to do tuning and the rest of the time it sits in a box in a closet somewhere. Do the K&N filter to with tuning. Dynojet tuner is great put one on x wife's bike and loved being able to interact with and loading different tunes. I still love my night rod and 35,000 on it. I am happy to answer any of your questions about the bike. Had mine up to 151mph and she's smooth as a sowing machine.
Here was a test between the M109r and V Rod back in 2001: MEASURED TOP SPEED V-Rod: 137mph M109: 128mph 0 - 1/4 MILE V-Rod: 11.38sec M109: 11.62sec 0-60MPH V-Rod: 3.52sec M109: 3.65sec 0-100MPH V-Rod: 8.22sec M109: 8.87sec POWER TO WEIGHT V-Rod: 1:5.99 M109: 1:7.26 BRAKING 60-0 MPH (FEET) V-Rod: 109.5 M109: 135.4 [w00t] IN EVERY ONE OF THE MEASURES THE V-ROD OUTPERFORMS.
The Night Rod with the 180 rear tire, none of these 240 rear vrods. The first gen vrods were the best motorcycle harley ever made, and the original VRSCDs (Night Rod, not Night Rod Specials), had mid controls. So if you really wanna RIDE that V-Rod, the VRSCD Night Rod or VRSCR Street Rod are the only ones to get.
Dude, I will ride up to a place of your choosing so that you can ride my 2015 Ducati Monster 1200S. You sit upright, so it is comfortable. It's not the superbike, but it still has the power and performance.
You should ride it before you buy it no matter what they tell you. Either bike is great, I own a NightRod but the muscle is awesome too. The riding position may throw you off and Harley parts are expensive but it's worth it. Both bikes can haul ass and rev high like you're probably used to. Harley's are highly customizable but they're are a limited number of parts for the Vrods since they don't make them anymore. I also owned a Suzuki Boulevard, its a great bike but I've always wanted the NightRod.
I found a 2008 Night Rod Special in pristine condition down in Florida. The dealer sent me several videos and a bunch of pictures. I purchased the bike for $8, 500 , this included shipping to my house here in Georgia. I could not be happier with this Bike.
This is from a Harley guy. If you want a light fast cruiser then the Indian Scout is the way to go. It's faster than the V-rod. I got a Dyna and my bike with a bolt ons and a tune will smoke a V-rod and my bike is probably 100 lbs heavier. I still think the V-rod is bad ass and wouldn't try to talk you out of it. I'd just make a suggestion based on what you seem to be looking for. I will say V-rod is definitely more tall guy friendly than a Scout though.
Honestly might rod is my kid if bike as well for 3 reasons. 1. Blacked out (alot less maintenance/easier to repaint) 2. Integrated lights are So SEXY(cheap/easy to mod in a million ways) 3. The milage is the #1 reason. It's as new as new gets and saved you from breaking it in. Either way your going to love it but it's easier to mod something you already love. Peace bro 3.
Bro im still swearing by my muscle, it looks mean and you can black it out and make it your own. The muscle looks bad ass beside the nightrod. Meannnnnnnnnnnn.....
So glad your going the harly vrod/nightrod route over the 109, If i had a choice i'd go with the night rod, they just look so sleek and i ride with a night rod and whenever we see a vrod its more like a plain harley with all the chrome lol.
IF YOU HAVE TO ASK US THEN YOU AREN’T READY! Like you said about the liter bikes, if you have to ask you don’t deserve it. Get what you want. What do you want? There’s no perfect bike. Which bike has more pros than cons? You only live once, the Ducati V4 is such a beautiful bike and is just a dream to look at ... you’ve gotta pay to play! The night rod would make for more content and videos because it’s stock and you WILL make mods to it. It’s also practically brand new so the worry about maintenance and overall condition is reduced. The V-Rod. One thing you need to know about it... USED BIKE. Also, rode by a SQUID!? Also, most of your likes and dislikes seem to be based on appearance...? Have you rode either of these bikes? Seat position, drivability, maneuverability etc...
Night rod is nice, with it all being blacked out. But the v-rod looks way more awesome, and even more if you blacked out the V. Plus you'll save more $ blacking out the V rod than you would doing all the upgrades you want on the Night Rod that the V has... Thats just my opinion Cruza which is good one. Think about it🤔...
Buy neither, they’re discontinued. I’d say OK you want a cruiser not a cruiser/sportbikes. The new Harley Softails are pretty awesome put pricey I know. Maybe an Indian Scout. Sportsters are solid bikes too!
TID BIT IN CASE NO ONE KNEW the vrod was introduced to be the "naked sport bike" by harley, but attempting to keep the sleek mean streak look of a criuser/ muscle criuser
again I think the M109 and I believe the hp is higher at the road. if your stuck on the v or the night, I like the night for all the reasons you do. I would move the license plate to the side right off the bat. It really shows off that big fat tire! which does make a difference.
Get the night rod if you have to ha e one or the other simply because it’s local and you can inspect and ride it before you buy it. Plus the Harley will have better resale value than the m109.
Triumph Rocket 3! I have one. Awesome bike. Only downside. A bit heavy. And not very good on fuel. But so much power. So much torque. And very unique. Not too many Rocket 3s on the road. I bought mine brand new for $11,000. I’m sure it’s much cheaper used. If you can find one.
I actually bought a 09 Raider 1900 with Ivan’s flashed ecu, aftermarket Cobra pipes and air filter. but I love the vrods. Night rod butt has always bothered me. Love the muscle but I like the aftermarket double pipe on one side that are short and show off the back tire from the sides. Mag wheels are awesome. Good luck.
The night rod is more comfortable to sit on then the muscle but like you the muscle just looks so much better in the exhaust, air box, tail lights. I'm thinking the silver is a brushed chrome on the muscleso other then wiping it down there shouldn't be much polishing involved.
get the night rod, I had a 2016 night rod in the vivid black and carbon fiber, exactly as the one you showed in the video, and when I find another in my paint color for a deal, I'm buying it! one of the best bikes I've owned, stupid quick, comfortable, does every bit of 145mph, and is a unique looking bike! love it!
I just bought an 07 night rod a few months ago with only 22k on the motor. I love the blacked out look of it, with an aftermarket 2 to 1 exhaust. I always have people watching me as I ride past them, don't know if it's for the looks or the loud exhaust. Just make sure the water pump is in good working condition, from what I've heard from Harley mechanics it's usually the first thing to go. I would also look at the Yamaha Stryker, if your checking out that style of bike.
I love my NRS! For being a HD it’s quick and handles great once you get used to the forward controls. A few changes and it looks long, low, mean, and fast! Top end is a quickly reached 138mph that surprises a lot of people on different vehicle platforms. I have almost deleted all that nasty chrome crap making it look even better. I have the PV4 coming for it with high expectations as well. You will not regret the NRS. The only drawback, for ant V-Rod really, is parts availability and a sensitive electrical system. You get what you pay for and believe me the problems cheap parts, especially from crappy china, will cause are a huge headache. Lights and signal stabilizers are best from Eagle Lights and Custom Dynamics. Parts from J&P Cycles, JC Bros and over seas in Europe (Germany) will be best.
I’m guessing this was way before your XDiavleS...?!? I have a 2009 VRSCDX (night rod) & I will never sell it... I’ll buy other bikes, but always keep that one...something about them... & I have no problem carving on mine... half inch chicken strips front & rear (on that 240 !) until I drag peg.... I’ve thought about trading in on a Ducati... but it’s SO reliable... I’ll go two years between services, other than what I do myself ...& that lash service is $250-$300 max, not $1500-$2000... so I’ll just keep her...! I really enjoy your channel, keep up the great content...!
I have a 2014 Muscle with 1,698 miles on it. Charcoal grey and black, Vance and Hines slip ons. Paint is perfect. Selling for $9,500.00 if interested lol
Hey man I’m sure you got your bike by now, and I’d like to know what you decided on/how you like it. But I’ve been on a 2012 night rod for over a year now (no car, just bikes) and I love it! The biggest difference is the seat. The muscle just feels like normal, but gunning it in the night rod is like being in a racing bucket seat. And trust me, when you blast the throttle in 4th or 5th against the power band, you’ll be glad of that deep seat!
Looks over all could be the best of both if you just black out the V Rod, but that 500 mile 8k discount is nice on the night rod.... sooo idk, personally, in a perfect world, i'd like the Vrod better.
I was looking for an update, I'm really looking into bikes and fell in love with the Vrod and Night rod. Was looking for more information on them and how they hold up in 2019 but I did sub so thanks.
Not a big VROD FAN. test ride a forty eight 2017 XL1200X , with minor mods, intake, fuelpak fp3 power commander, exhaust, the bike rips, its compact. handles awesome
Good idea not buying a first year bike. Go with the vrod with less miles. The only thing you might want to do is test your battery the rest should be okay because it's like new. Good luck cyclecruza
I bought a new Nightrod Special in '08 and it now has 43,000 hard miles on it. It uses zero oil, engine/tranny make no noise that I can hear. She's still tight as a drum and stiff as a rod! I don't think you can go wrong with the Nightrod. I know I will never give mine up. You will want an aftermarket exhaust. Stock system weighs close to 40 pounds and makes the bike turn quick to the right and sluggish to the left. Remove passenger pegs and other useless junk and get it down to 620 pounds or so. All that said, I will likely add an FZ 10 to the stable next year since I want something quicker and more "flickable"... but the Nightrod stays with me!
If you're going to buy a Harley, which I wouldn't recommend, the Night Rod is hands-down the one to choose. It's better looking bike and like you said it's almost new. It probably hasn't even had its first maintenance. If money is No Object, I still say the Ducati XDaviel S is top dog. It's basically a better version of the V-Rod.
If the XDiavel s was 15k I would buy it tomorrow, but I can't justify 25k for the bike. I'd rather pay 25k for the panigale v4 if I was to pay that type of money.
That Night rod is a sweet clean machine I wouldn't need to do much to that at all. Rode out of town to check out the Suzuki 109r BOSS I have bin biding on and Damn that is one big Bitch but I absolutely love it lol.
I got me a V-rod Muscle. The night rod, I don't like rear end and handlebars just felt better on muscle. I also wanted the black out engine but just wasn't feeling night rod when I went on that test ride. Plus use the money you saving to get upgrades on muscle?
You don't want a Cruiser, plus they are heavy. Nothing wrong with wanting a Harley but I thought you liked performance and reliability. If so you should look further than Harley Davidson. Although the 2018 , Softails perform and handle quite well. (First year model though )

CycleCruza which bike did you end up buying?
What was your pick?
Lol
CycleCruza v rod muscle is a Batman bike dude! I have one ☝🏻
Vrod Muscle over nightrod. I struggled with the same question. I chose vrod muscle because of integrated tail light and pipes look better.
Owned two Vrods! That bike rocks!! Put 90,000 between the two. Those engines are bullet proof! Good luck brother and be safe😎 FYI I would buy the Night Rod :)

Why I ended up not buying a harley davidson: ruclips.net/video/Ih_ksgvsCQg/видео.html
I'd probably get the night rod. The turn signal mirrors are an easy conversion.
I agree. I changed mine out with micro LEDs and they are nearly invisible but very bright. They keep the long, low drag bike look of the NRS. I hate the big mirrors and despise the ones on the Muscle. Look like bug antenna
New Video: Why Harley Riders are the MOST Sensitive: ruclips.net/video/2i1YODXL68A/видео.html
Night rod. I’m thinking on getting the Street Rod. You can do the tail light and stuff I would think.
I got a Street Rod. It's an awesome bike.
Dude, you will not be disappointed with the night rod. When I punch the throttle on mine, it's like being a bullet shot out of a gun. Just an awesome ride.
Bought a new bike!! ruclips.net/video/CVudkgDGU2A/видео.html
Go with the Night Rod. With only 500 miles, that's a brand new bike. You won't regret it!
Between the two, I would go for the Night Rod, the murdered out look is great on the V-Rod.
Cruza
Word or warning for a man so financially conservative.
Learn not to get fucked at the dealership friemd...
I bought a 56 pan head chopped it and messed up perfectly good bike wish I'd just a painted it .live and learn
Dud you buy a bike to ride or resell? Ride it till the wheels fall off
I own a v rod muscle.
Ride one and see, you’ll love it if you’ve been used to sports bikes.
my vote is for the Night Rod. I also like the backed out look better.
So funny. I just recently had the same dilemma. I was looking at both the night rod or muscle. I do like the air box on the muscle and the rear fender and integrated lights best. Which is one of the reasons I went with the muscle. On October 13, 2017 I bought my first Harley and it was a 2013 V Rod Muscle
Good luck with your choice!!
Mucho how’s the bike been so far? I’m also deciding on which one to buy atm
I have an M109R I know it' big but at least give it a test drive. The M109r is the best bang for your buck! Hands Down!
kwawesome I totally agree with you...and it's amazing what a bit of customizing can do to an older model.
DUDE I AM TRYING MY BEST TO TELL CYCLECRUZA THE SAME THING. HE NEEDS TO GO TEST DRIVE IT AND POST THAT SHIT. IF HE MAKES IT BACK LOL
BOULEVARD RICK Lol. Let's Stay on him to test drive it.
These bikes when customized are so tough looking I love them .
go with the night rod because you can get it checked out at a local bike shop to see what condition it's in
I bought a leftover 2016 Nightrod Special, with no miles and I absolutely LOVE my bike!!
Front and rear air suspension, custom rear fender, center stand, 300 rear, handlebars with integrated cluster and custom wheels are just a few within the next year
Go for the NIght Rod. Sounds like a better deal. But the Suzuki is nice looking. Have you looked at any bikes from Indian?
You are on the right path man! I like the 109 but it's very basic. As a cruiser rider that enjoys your content I'm excited for you man!!
I like the Nightrod. Better deal I think. Does it have turn signals that turn off automatically after making the turn. Helps a lot.
Yes it does
Just purchased a new 2014 Honda Valkyrie.
But my personal favorite is the V-Rod Muscle!
Had mine up to 151mph and she's smooth as a sowing machine.
tough choices to be sure, but damn, that night rod looks damn fine
Here was a test between the M109r and V Rod back in 2001:
MEASURED TOP SPEED
V-Rod: 137mph
M109: 128mph
0 - 1/4 MILE
V-Rod: 11.38sec
M109: 11.62sec
0-60MPH
V-Rod: 3.52sec
M109: 3.65sec
0-100MPH
V-Rod: 8.22sec
M109: 8.87sec
POWER TO WEIGHT
V-Rod: 1:5.99
M109: 1:7.26
BRAKING 60-0 MPH (FEET)
V-Rod: 109.5
M109: 135.4 [w00t]
IN EVERY ONE OF THE MEASURES THE V-ROD OUTPERFORMS.
CycleCruza that’s what they say in 2001. Go ride the bikes and make a decision
Definitely the Night Rod - way more aesthetically pleasing, & sounds like you're leaning that way anyway!
I like the V-rod Muscle and the Vmax is also awesome
The chrome on it will also help in you being seen at night by them crazy drivers with the chrome reflection!
I’ve owned 14 bikes over the years and the bmw s1000r and rr impressed me the most.
Honestly might rod is my kid if bike as well for 3 reasons.
1. Blacked out (alot less maintenance/easier to repaint)
2. Integrated lights are So SEXY(cheap/easy to mod in a million ways)
3. The milage is the #1 reason. It's as new as new gets and saved you from breaking it in.
Either way your going to love it but it's easier to mod something you already love. Peace bro
3.
Nightrod for sure it just looks sweet blacked out. Best Harley on the market
Night rod looks like it fits your personality better. Just my opinion. Good luck and I hope you're happy with whichever you choose.
Dude just buy a bike already
It never took me more than 2 weeks to figure out what bike to buy. Hell I'll sell him my vfr so he can actually have a new bike
Get the nightrod and put a Vance and Hines 2 into 1 header on it. I have one and it runs and sounds great. Good Luck.
Night Rod is bad ass. With the discontinuation, you regret it if you don't get it.
Good choice👍. Blacked out engine looks good. Just get the night rod. And switch the air box cover and rear fender from Muscle. It will fit. Same frame
TID BIT IN CASE NO ONE KNEW
the vrod was introduced to be the "naked sport bike" by harley, but attempting to keep the sleek mean streak look of a criuser/ muscle criuser
again I think the M109 and I believe the hp is higher at the road. if your stuck on the v or the night, I like the night for all the reasons you do. I would move the license plate to the side right off the bat. It really shows off that big fat tire! which does make a difference.
I say get a Indian motorcycle but if I had to choose get the night rod
I have a 240lb friend who absolutely loves the boulevard. Big bike for big guy .. all preference though. My buddy will also jump on a sportbike
If you are thinking MT just wait for the SP version coming out.
That bike is finally getting a much better suspension. Good luck!
Good luck.
The Nightrod is the best model.
The night rod is more comfortable to sit on then the muscle but like you the muscle just looks so much better in the exhaust, air box, tail lights. I'm thinking the silver is a brushed chrome on the muscleso other then wiping it down there shouldn't be much polishing involved.
get the night rod, I had a 2016 night rod in the vivid black and carbon fiber, exactly as the one you showed in the video, and when I find another in my paint color for a deal, I'm buying it! one of the best bikes I've owned, stupid quick, comfortable, does every bit of 145mph, and is a unique looking bike! love it!
I would consider the Harley Davidson 1200 Forty Eight. In my opinion the best looking Harley out there.
That night rod is baddd ass!!!! 👍👍👍👍☝️
Night rod! is there anyway to switch the air thing from the vrod to the nightrod.
Buell for power. HD for style.
Get you a nice late model Dyna, and pay a shop to put a Buell 1250 thunderhead engine in it.
Cruza Dude, I owned a 2009 VRod. They are pretty but .. they are heavy, uncomfortable and only faster than the heavier air cooled cruisers.
V Rod, you can paint it later if color bothers you
Night Rod all day. You can find aftermarket LED tail lights to match what you want. Don't worry about the lights man
I bought a new Nightrod Special in '08 and it now has 43,000 hard miles on it.
I used to work at that dealership Stinger H-D, in Medina, Ohio! Mark and Brad are great guys, hope you get the bike! Congrats!!!
In my own personal opinion I think the Night Rod Special is a better looking bike!
Get the night rod. With 500 miles basically new you know it is going to be in good state
If you're going to buy a Harley, which I wouldn't recommend, the Night Rod is hands-down the one to choose.
I'd rather pay 25k for the panigale v4 if I was to pay that type of money.
rode, both these bikes back to back. different animals.
CycleCruza I don't blame you. That's the only reason I haven't bought one. Go for the Night Rod then in my opinion. I like everything about it better.
