Dear Mr Ruiz: Me, my spouse and child are green card holders, we are in the US. I applied for army and applied for citizenship during basic combat training. However, following standard procedure my spouse and child should wait 5 years as a green card holders to apply for citizenship. Could you please tell: how can I expedite the citizenship process for my child and spouse?
hi, if my son is in the military but he is not 21 he can get green card for me, im overseas
I have a conditional green card and can I serve in military and if I serve does this let me remove the condition

If Someone entre in USA as B1/B2 Visa and marriage with US Citizen who worked before in Military as Nurse in USA base outside of USA then Can he apply for citizen without leave USA and if possible then how long process to get Green Card ?

Currently an active duty veteran, I applied and they are asking me for a method of payment. They want to charge fees even if I was in the military. Why is this happening
Try to contact VA for it because they shouldn’t charge you, that’s weird. Unless they changed it to active duty only
