- A newly posted video showing migrants on a freight train heading toward the U.S. is a sign of what's to come on the front lines as law enforcement officers struggle to keep up.
In an interview with Sinclair last week, Chochise County Arizona Sheriff Mark Dannels said, "This is my 40th year working the border in one aspect or another. And I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of this border. And this is the ugliest I've ever seen it."
His concerns echo through the halls of Congress, 2,000 miles away, where five moderate Democrats are calling on President Biden to do more to secure the border, including giving the Border Patrol authority to immediately expel migrants that expired last year.

Biden has been trying to get a permanent bill passed since he repealed a COVID law that was illegal to enforce. The bill and the recent aid package have been held up in congress since last oct. The new bill that grants permanent capability to enforce the border was removed. I do not know why, I can venture a guess is all. The border bill should already be on the floor, you tell me why it isn't. Write your elected officials and stop complaining like an ineffective child.
