Some animation or series the writer make the mean girl character mean but not memorable or entertaining( i do understood sometime the mean girl character are not meant to be entertaining or memorable but sometime for some show or animation like bob's burger the mean girl character can be memorable and entertaining not just being mean) her character is not likable but entertaining to watch

And that whole "Tina we're trash talking" bit was her having to be blunt about her intent on driving out Tina's competitiveness through getting Tina to trash talk Tammy. Secretly thinking "this girl's gonna be awesome one day, and i totally helped make it happen"
