Neither solution worked. Tried everything and red light won’t turn off. Actually, it’s not even a full ring of red, it’s only a partial section of the ring that has a continuous red light.

That’s impossible. That means there’s an error coming on. You know how to fix it. Press the mute button and volume down that’s how to fix it. Go to the Alexa app and go to the fixing part. That’s how it works.
