Check out the Streamlight TL Racker forearm with an integrated light. Much less obtrusive and functional having a 1000 lumin light. Also, Defender Tactical has an adapter that allows you to chamber any size 12 guage shell from 1 3/4" to 3" shells.
I am just waiting for my Custom Padded Vickers Sling and my Beretta 1301 Tactical will be complete. This is my first shotgun. Went to the range yesterday and literally had a blast! I have a Streamlight, QD mounts, 7 round Esstac shotgun card, and a red dot mounted. Very quick target acquisition and accuracy in the drills I ran. You have a laser which can be used for that but more people are mounting red dots on everything . Especially if you have old eyes like me. Since its in OD Green and shoots those slugs hard I guess it has to be The Hulk. LOL
I see why u said that but I needed a light because I use it as a nightstand firearm. I like the compact of this light just happen to come with a laser as well. I only care for the light for being in my rotation as one of three firearms for bump in the night. So I understand why u key up on the laser. Setup your weapons to your liking because I setup to my liking and comfort.
Dang I also rock the S&W shield 🛡 2.0, and like I said I have the shockwave in wood and I kept the raptor grip and it's not for the weak hearted! Beast of a firearm!!
Yes, my shockwave beats up my shoulder with the brace and pistol grip combo like crazy but it's not for the weak that can't take that recoil because of the short barrel length.
Nice set up man. The only thing I don’t like is the fore end. I put a Magpul one on. It was only made for the Remingtons, but it will fit with a bit of sanding.
I was thinking the magpul but I like more security of the mossberg strap a lot better. The fact I would have to modify with me not wanting to take a chance to modify it wrong and not work in a emergency of use.
@@tacticalskillionairdefense8201 I totally understand wanting a more secure hold, but I don’t worry about it since being able to shoulder it makes a huge difference (vs using the bird’s head grip). But modifying the Magpul was super easy... nothing more than using a dremel to sand away some of the polymer.

Hey Bro, You might want to check on that shoulder stock. I was told by several sources that it was illegal to replace the bird's head stock with a shoulder stock. The ATF has got all kinds of weird regulations you know. Also, I put a green dot laser on mine, it's bright enough to use in the sun and I never hold it up to my shoulder. It's hard to miss your target!
Been changed out the stock to a brace soon as I founded out stock was illegal since I believe the end of last year. Matter of fact watch some of my recent videos and u will see that the stock has been replaced with the brace.

DO NOT put a brace or stock on these pistol grip shotguns unless you want to go to prison! In fact, don't even buy one they suck! Just buy a KSG. All you gotta do is put a metal rail over the KSG lower rail, add a handstop so vert or angled foregrip, and add the extended mag tube lever. I could give exact details if anyone wants. You would want a light and backup sights and red dot also, but can live with just the backup sights. It's not much bigger then this thing and has over twice the capacity and isn't illegal.
I got the shockwave first to put a brace and grip on it as my second home defense weapon before the brace band or pay a tax stamp. Now because of the nra brace band I don’t use it and now sold it the way I purchased it. Now I have the ksg now as my second home defense weapon.
Before the brace band it was totally legal to put a pistol grip and brace on it without a tax stamp. So my shockwave was legal where I live before the nra came out with such a stupid rule that has nothing to do with functionality of the firearm by throwing a pistol grip and brace to get a accurate shoot.

eBay has a breacher close to mine called hfd2 hard use puncher/breacher fits mossberg shockwave 12 gauge or just type in the search bar breacher for mossberg shockwave 12 gauge all type of breachers will pop up for a shockwave

I love your setup. But, I think with the new rules the brace might be illegal. They have this new 4 point system. But, I am wondering. If I get a tax stamp would I be good. And is that a one time fee ?
Yes u can get the tax stamp and be good. The reason I haven't tax stamp my pistol rifles is u would have to call to let other states know u are traveling with a sbr across state lines. So I've never pay the tax stamp just keep them as pistols.
Brace doesn’t change it as a firearm it’s still considered a firearm with or without a brace. Now if u put a stock on it then now u have changed the class of the firearm.

I don’t like the bird grip because the recoil I felt I would slip out my hand. Now, with the pistol grip with the brace. I feel I whole lot comfortable in shooting now. That was my reason for putting the pistol and brace on it.
This is a brace not a stock so no where I live I don't have to pay a tax stamp with a brace. I know my gun law in the state I live in. If I put a stock on my shockwave than yes I would have to pay a tax stamp. Thanks for your comment.

How is that ergo grip adapter holding up, do you think the plastic will hold up to the abuse of full power buck and slugs?
Ergo grip holds up great but I changed it to a magpul grip on it now. I just couldn't reach the safety switch wasn't comfortable to reach.
