Pistol grips snap the wrist. The recoil ends up where you grasp it at, you need to cock wrist awkwardly and you end up eating the recoil instead of letting it rock / roll to deal with the recoil impulse. it's not a good set up at all , at least for me IMHO. 6 shot or lighter with 2 3/4...Mine was the older "persuader" in 12 Ga. It's just the wrong set up. This makes way more sense and eventually I'd like to try one of those...
Nice gun. I couldnt justify the cost when i have a 500 with an 18 inch barrel and a birds head grip. 4 inch longer than the Shockwave. But if I had the money....
Has potential to be a great truck gun.
How did you shoot two of them at the same time with the recoil. Some tick photography.
Hickok could shoot a BB gun, blindfolded, and it the gong.
Im very confused as to why people think this is useless. This wouldn't be my main. That's what my AR is for. This is a secondary.
Hick! you almost hit a poor defenseless lizard hanging out behind the 100 yard gong!
Again I’m not aiming, as he hits every target 😅love his videos
This makes me feel like I just gotta have one!!! :-)
Great for close quarters home defense !
Would you lose much velocity with the short barrel in an big bear defense situation ?
Might make a good hiking companion being lighter...
slugs
Let’s just put it this way. It’s definitely far better than carrying a 10mm handgun which is what the vast majority of hikers/hunters carry for bears and those are already pretty effective
We have 2. I had my wife run around 50 shells of 4 out it to understand the recoil, and get the understanding of movement of the gun. I prefer short barreled shotguns for home defense, just less for someone to try and grab from you.
Sold mine after about 8 shells through. It’s a nice novelty gun I guess lol. Shouldering a firearm is a nicer feature.
Hickok dual wielding ⚔
😢 Washington state won’t let me have one now. My 18 1/2” 870 will have to do 🤷♂️
