Robb explores the REAL Gallows Hill in Salem Massachusetts. The location of the true Gallows Hill had been disputed up until recently when historians pinpointed this location through arduous research. At this site, 19 innocent men and women, who were accused of witchcraft, were executed here being hung to death. The accused Witches were exonerated in 1711. But this dark moment in history can still serve as a lesson today.
RIP to all those who died unjustly while proclaiming their innocence.

I saw the news article about the confirmation of this hill being the location. Was planning a visit myself! Good stuff
You were talking about trees, but I read somewhere else that all those trees were not there. They're all under 300 years old. The trees that the witches were hanged on were probably cut down at some point. As for the exact spot within Proctor's Ledge, that hasn't been found, not sure if they'll be able to pinpoint that. But it is within that area somewhere.
From what I understand where the witches were actually hung they actually built that walgreeens on that very spot. I’d try to see if anywhere in the parking lot of Walgreens or something you can pick up on anyone with the spirit box.
Fun fact: remember Sarah wildes from the witch trials? She was my cousin.

Most of Old Salem Village was actually in Danvers Mass. I used to play in the cemetery Rebecca Nurse is buried in (In Danvers). My mom was friends with the girl who lived in Rebecca Nurse's house & wanted to see it again but you need an appointment to get a tour. I tried to get to see the cemetery again but that's also off limits. (Unless you cut through someone's yard).
You can access the graveyard via rail trail now. Google maps!

There's an older guy I saw on the news whose backyard it is, and he claimed the witches were hung from Procter's Ledge.

I live in Gallows Hill, but not that one in USA. There are many places called Gallows Hill and they exist in UK, Ireland, New Zealand, etc. The placename just means the site of execution. Gallows Place too.
Where I am, hauntings are plentiful over here. Not just souls of condemned criminals, also famine victims. At nighttime, I keep blessed salt in all the corners of my bedroom. That is to deter harmful spirits including demonic vultures. Blessed salt gives restful sleep - no nightmares, no sleep paralysis, no buzzing sounds during half sleep.
Before the salt, I used to get visited by external spirits at least once or twice every month. Sometimes, more than that. Some were evil and some were mild and harmless. I heavily depend on one spirit for protection - my unseen guardian who does most hauntings in my life. I got him by my prayer to God for a deliverance from spiritual attacks. He came in response to my prayer, while I endured demonic attack.
My guardian's presence is a blessing, enough to silence poltergeists and make shadows flit out of his way. He has over 20 times saved my life. He saved me not only from evil spirits, also from dangerous criminals like stalkers, rapists, murderers, etc. He also saved my relations from terrorists' attacks, road accidents, etc. Sometimes during my half sleep, I hear my guardian tiptoeing in my bedroom, though I always have a chair for him in my bedroom, if he ever wishes to sit.

Hey bud. Is this the location of the executions? Or is it on the hill behind the plaques/memorial they erected at Proctors Ledge off of Pope St (one street over). We're taking a trip to Salem this October and if this is the actual spot we'll go here as well. Just want to make sure.
Apollo IT this is behind Pope st / proctors ledge - where locals used old maps to try and better find the historical spot used for the hangings. It’s a tiny spot between homes but the spot believed to be where the executions took place - there’s a park across the street and the huge water tower in the woods. It’s a cool location to walk
They were, really hung by the behind the Walgreens store, not where you are.

Yes, he is behind Walgreens on the ledge in the area they were hanged. He is in the correct area. The Memorial is below on Pope Street.

I think you're in the wrong spot dude. The mayor of Salem plans on putting a little plaque at the spot with most people think that the hangings took place. It might already be there now. It's a little patch of woods right behind the Walgreens parking lot on Boston Street. It's kind of unremarkable to be honest.

@@redveinborneo4673 nah I was on proctor st opposite the parks... and got to talk with a few of the people who live there so it’s the legit location that’s thus far been narrowed down as the location. I’ll venture back soon and make a follow up so u can see it better - and I’ll try to get proctors ledge in the next video

There are MANY places called Gallows Hill, places of executions. I live in such in another country.
