Properties like this in New England are what we call, “Get your clothes and clean the garage AND everything else: AS IS.” LOL, I've purchased three properties where they took clothes and vehicles and left everything else. The fourth was close to the others in this regard. Thank you for the video! This narrows my search area quite a bit. (NC, TN, OK, and TN) I want space!
Very beautiful
I dream about America, it is wonderful.
Sweet 💕
Nice 👍
Wow absolutely Beautiful
it sure is!!!

Just because a house is on a big piece of land, doesn't make it a farmhouse. This is modern.
It was built in 1950 and renovated.
Wow it’s this property still for sale
Andrew, it is sold, but great properties in the area - email me lgrealtornc@gmail.com or call 919.260.8405
BRAND OF FURNITURE IN HOUSE?
It's still not sale yet or sale out already
it is sold, but great properties in the area - email me lgrealtornc@gmail.com or call 919.260.8405
It’s still in the market?
Unfortunately it is sold!
That doesnt look like a farm house more like a double wide
It was actually built in the 1950s. Not sure if they had doublewides then but it’s stick built and redone. This area has many 1 level older homes
Why would they want to sell something so beautiful
Unfortunately they had to move closer to work. It SOLD!
