You know a mansion used to be considered 5ksqft or more with 5-6bedrooms..in 2023 a mansion is considered 8k Sqft or more
@@MidgetPunter oh dear, hers is 4 bedrooms, but looks like Tara inside. Its pretty huge. Her n her husband are in the oil business. They fly back and forth to their condo in Houston. He grad from Harvard with 2 masters degrees. She just has a master in business. Both worked as execs for huge oil companies. Till they bought their own business. It grew to 5 , locations. They liked Nashville. Its home base.

@@johnbourgeoisgroup I’m currently looking at floor plan options we won’t be moving for a few more years so I’m gathering all the ideas we would like. I definitely will need a LARGE functional pantry and also a root cellar
I am currently looking for properties to build, no less than a acre with maybe a view, maybe new construction with a farm theme style home and under 500,000. Do not want to be downtown, possible towards mountains, but not next to a moonshine distillery 😂😂😂😂..

This house is ok. Definitely not farmhouse feel. Seems like an oversized, probably overpriced Urban, modern, meets a little rustic wood here and there. Very modern looking. I guess I was expecting a real farmhouse fixed up.
