    It is a simple soup but tastes great. I use lean "country ribs" cut into about 1/2 pieces and instead of kale, turnip greens.

    We make this with broccoli and potatoes when we cannot afford Kale.

      Isn’t Kale cheaper than broccoli? Or at least the same price?
