- In this video, I go for the platinum trophy on Skate 3! Skate 3 is an all time classic and when I heard the servers came back, making the platinum possible again, I had to take advantage! I used to play Skate 2 as kid and loved it but never got the platinum since I wasm't a trophy hunter back then, but now that I am, I'd love to platinum Skate 2 as well, if they bring the servers back.

I don't think EA will Back Online Skate 2, the only way to get the trophies is to have a jailbreak PS3 lol

You definitely Should Platinum Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2. It was a Grind Coming at a Difficulty of 8/10
Eh if it wasn't for challenge grinding to get to level 100 it'd be more like a 3/10. And even then a ton of the challenges can be cheesed with created parks

Great Video Nick as always, Maybe in the future servers will be back for more classic games for example Mirror's Edge on PS3 or other great titles which their servers are shut down, the situation with Skate 3 shows that there is a possibility with that. I never played Skate series I am used to play Tony Hawk titles for skateboarding games but this game is great.

Skate 3s challenges are amazing they really make you get good at the game. Killing the Thorax Crunch challenge was absolutely brutal tho.
You should try getting little big planets platinum if you want to jail break your ps3 or emulate it for the custom servers (its servers shut down a bit ago)

I love the skate series, and can’t wait for “Skate.” to come out, I also got the 100% trophy/achievement list on this one a couple months ago; but I did it on Xbox, on PlayStation the servers are definitely more dead, so I gotta respect you getting it currently on PlayStation for that lol. The worst achievement by far is the online ones, especially that 6 player freeskate one, it requires having a bunch of friends, and it sucks imo cuz of it lol. Not all the time can you count on friends to be on. They should really take note and not put any achievements like that in the new one coming out imo.
Anyways, love your channel NickAR. love the videos man. You should try getting the plat on the DMC HD collection or the 4th DMC game. I’d recommend the 4th game, since it’s harder than the 5th DMC game. (Also I’m recommending this because my favorite franchises of games are DMC and Skate.; I just think it would be neat to see you do either of those since you did skate 3 now. 💛)

Before i got a ps3 session and skater xl were the closest games to skate 3. The platinums were an actual grind but still fun
