Thanks. What is the spring wire thing held onto side of grill with small chrome chain? Not in assembly manual/parts diagram.

I think you can slide a match into the coil spring and use it to manually light the burner. It seems to be the right length.
If someone could tell me what the chain hanging from the side of the unit is for I would appreciate it
Hi,
That chain thing is a match holder. In case the Electic starter doesn’t work. You can put a match at the end of the loop and light it from afar.
