Purchased this phone on new year... impressive phone.... battery performance is like 5000mah & backup is 12 hours on normal use and 8hrs on heavy use with 120hz refresh & 5g on....while gaming n RUclips use it becomes slightly heated....so i would recommend it to people for moderate use on daily basis.... I am using this phone no such heating issue After 1 hr of gaming you will notice littibit heating very minimal I used this phone for 11 hrs(2.5 hrs gaming)with single charge and the battery was down to 18% from 100 Heating is very normal no over heating at all but yes if you use it outside under sun it will heat up. Overall a great phone ❤

And 5g not possible. I don’t have the budget to run 24 hrs plus wifi and some test alone requires 10GB ( 2 hrs amazon prime at best quality segment ) so cant afford 20+ gb 5g data in a day. Hope you understand Minus around 1 and a half hrs from this data. Please understand my side also sir. 20/25 gb 5g data ka hisab lagaou bhai. And most people don’t use on 5g alone Office me ghar me friends k ghar me wifi use karte h daily

Bhai thanks for understanding There is a difference between warm feel and overheating. As said in video 2 instances of overheating which i covered When you buy new phone and set it up it runs lots of background processes so first 3/4 days it runs a bit more warm than usual Even iphone 15 series had this issue

Sorry for late reply dost i guess you might have made your choice already…let me say they just dont make phones like older times anymore…3 years max now a days especially for budget phones if you want good experience. Otherwise if you take care of your phone any phone can be used for 10+ years but its not realistically possible now a days
Watching this video on G54 mint green 12 gb. Phone is buttery smooth, battery is amazing. Negligible heating when heavy games played, no drop in performance though. Dolby Atmos is amazing, ois works good, but camera could have been a little better. Overall amazing phone based on the price.

I think most of the heating issues with people also depends on their unit I am using a mid gaming laptop (Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with AMD ryzen 5 5600h and gpu is nvidia gtx 1650 ddr6) and even after setting the graphics to max in gta v my laptop heats almost minimal and in reviews some says their model heats alot so this was my opinion i m using it since 1yr and working perfectly no issues until now

But for g54 & all 5g phone's battery drain is faster than 4g phones. Some heating issues complains are there too. Now there r over 1600 reviews on FK so u can check them & decide.
Very nice video as it was experienced starting from Realme 10 pro plus! My only suggestion is to add thermal scanning device to read out exact heat value of phones under experiment
Outdoors, brightness will be higher than indoors 100% so that's there. Also how about connecting a smart watch or something so that Bluetooth will have an active connection rather than be idle? If seems logical, try it out for upcoming videos. :)
Second point is interesting. I don’t use any smartwatch nor promote its uses but will connect something to maintain active bluetooth connection from now on. Thanks for the tips This test was done using 60% brightness and then ending part was using 100% brightness. Trying to strike a balance
@@JtJones the reason I mentioned it was, my earlier smart band used to drain very less battery. after moving to Samsung smart watch, I suppose the added call functionality adds more load to the connection, it started to drain more battery.

bhai I would say done intentionally These videos takes lots of 5G data 2 hrs prime alone at best quality takes 12Gb not to forget 4k youtube for 2 hrs and then video calls etc. I don’t have money to buy 25/30GB 5G data for a day. Mine is caped at 1 GB per day I know this so i said in the conclusion part to minus around 1 and a half hours to get rough idea on how this will perform in 5G.
According to you does the moto G54 have heating issues? I have seen a few youtubers say that it heats up quite a bit even while using normal apps and even on flipkart the users have written about the heating issues of this phone in their reviews.

I have bought g54. The battery draining is faster than 5000 mAh battery mobile which I have, despite more use of 5000 mAh one. I find similar feedback from purchasers at flipkart. Sometimes I feel, it doesnt have 6000 mAh, but 4000 mAh battery.
@@JtJones Hi. My first criteria of selcting this phone was 6000 mAh battery followed by 12 GB RAM & 256 ROM. I dont have fancy requirement of games, camera etc. I dont know the technicalities of a smartphone. But with my long experience, the best way to judge a battery back up is, charge 100% and just leave it like that with all back ground app closed and check the time after which it becomes 99%(LTE). My previous samsung (5000 mAh) used to retain 100% even after 4-5 hours(LTE); My wife's Realme 11G (5000 mAH) retains almost same; my daughter's samsung 5G (6000 mAh) charge comes to 70% despite using youtube study videos and whats app chat for whole day with her college friends (just 30% loss). All these phones run almost 2 days plus with moderate use. Whereas Moto G54 with 6000 mAh battery changes to 99% in just an hour, without doing anything (using LTE and not 5G). With 5G open, it changes to 99% in just 30-35 mins. This shows, either the battery is not proper or power optimization is not made properly. One way I could resolve this is to change the refresher rate to 60 hz from 120hz. Slight increase in battery back up has been noted. Still with moderate use I need to charge every 1 and half day. This is my experience. Otherwise the phone is quite good.
Just want to add one more thing. If I keep it in flight mode and see downloaded videos, the battery loss is not much. But if I keep the network open to LTE or 5G, the battery drain is faster. May be network power optimization is required. Technical people like you can comment better.

Moto g84 5 g is using nice battery back up smooth use fast work and cool design. Purchased 18000 . Moto g54 5g want to purchase but due to heating effect that was purchased by my friend and 6000 bettery giving same back up of 5000 almost.

Also, check if this smartphones support frequency bands of your country, it is very important, otherwise you will get weak or no signals . Every country has different frequency bands.

The reason they added a 6000 mah battery in it is because of the battery drain issue. With a 6000 mah battery, this issue should not bother normal users.

I just ordered this phone, the 8gb/128gb one in mint green colour. I prefer IPS LCD as well. My previous phone, the Moto g52 with pOLED screen just got the pink and green line issue last week. Watching this video on G54 mint green 12 gb. Phone is buttery smooth, battery is amazing. Negligible heating when heavy games played, no drop in performance though. Dolby Atmos is amazing, ois works good, but camera could have been a little better. Overall amazing phone based on the price.

I am using a mid gaming laptop (Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with AMD ryzen 5 5600h and gpu is nvidia gtx 1650 ddr6) and even after setting the graphics to max in gta v my laptop heats almost minimal and in reviews some says their model heats alot so this was my opinion i m using it since 1yr and working perfectly no issues until now

But for g54 & all 5g phone's battery drain is faster than 4g phones. Some heating issues complains are there too. Now there r over 1600 reviews on FK so u can check them & decide.

Outdoors, brightness will be higher than indoors 100% so that's there. Also how about connecting a smart watch or something so that Bluetooth will have an active connection rather than be idle?

@@JtJones the reason I mentioned it was, my earlier smart band used to drain very less battery. after moving to Samsung smart watch, I suppose the added call functionality adds more load to the connection, it started to drain more battery.

I have bought g54. The battery draining is faster than 5000 mAh battery mobile which I have, despite more use of 5000 mAh one. I find similar feedback from purchasers at flipkart. Sometimes I feel, it doesnt have 6000 mAh, but 4000 mAh battery.

@@JtJones Hi. My first criteria of selcting this phone was 6000 mAh battery followed by 12 GB RAM & 256 ROM. I dont have fancy requirement of games, camera etc. I dont know the technicalities of a smartphone. But with my long experience, the best way to judge a battery back up is, charge 100% and just leave it like that with all back ground app closed and check the time after which it becomes 99%(LTE). My previous samsung (5000 mAh) used to retain 100% even after 4-5 hours(LTE); My wife's Realme 11G (5000 mAH) retains almost same; my daughter's samsung 5G (6000 mAh) charge comes to 70% despite using youtube study videos and whats app chat for whole day with her college friends (just 30% loss). All these phones run almost 2 days plus with moderate use. Whereas Moto G54 with 6000 mAh battery changes to 99% in just an hour, without doing anything (using LTE and not 5G). With 5G open, it changes to 99% in just 30-35 mins. This shows, either the battery is not proper or power optimization is not made properly. One way I could resolve this is to change the refresher rate to 60 hz from 120hz. Slight increase in battery back up has been noted. Still with moderate use I need to charge every 1 and half day. This is my experience. Otherwise the phone is quite good.
Just want to add one more thing. If I keep it in flight mode and see downloaded videos, the battery loss is not much. But if I keep the network open to LTE or 5G, the battery drain is faster. May be network power optimization is required. Technical people like you can comment better.

I just recieved this today till now i haven't face any heating issue. Abhi charging karte waqt ye comment kar raha hoon koi heating nahi hai (normal hai ). Aage ka pata nahi

I just ordered this phone, the 8gb/128gb one in mint green colour. I prefer IPS LCD as well. My previous phone, the Moto g52 with pOLED screen just got the pink and green line issue last week. I was so disappointed. All the previous Moto IPS LCD phones I bought did not face any issues. Well I hope this work well 🤞
