If only that sort of track time was available locally! This was at a track 7 hours south of me and the event I just got back from was 12 hours north (video coming)

nice vid man, what work has been done to this engine? rods, any headwork? cam?

Thanks mate! Crank and rods are stock with ARP rod bolts, King bearings and a set of Hypatec cast pistons with an anodized crown and Hastings rings. Head has been ported and skimmed to bring compression up to 9.5:1. Cam is a Wade 818 and it's had a few sets of new valves and springs over the years as the whole head is actually off my old car.

Thanks heaps man! Have watched almost all your videos because im gonna eventually turbo my r31 and looking for the best way to get power for good money. One more question sorry... What ecu are you running in this? nistune?

I ran a Nistune Type 1 board in the R31 but would recommend doing the RB20 loom swap to run the later Type 2 board, something that the guys at Garage 7 would be able to help you out with. This car uses an Adaptronic though as the setup is a bit more serious than what Nistune offered at the time I bought it as a roller with no loom.
