Could this happen with a brand new bike. Only done 72miles. Went to start it today and literally nothing would turn on. But its so new that its strange.
вєиנαмιи ѕнαяιfι I would say to first check the battery that it’s fully charge, then check that the cables to the battery are not loose, it could be possible that this could happen just replace that fuse. My recommendation is to keep your bike on a battery tender when your not using your bike.
I have to wait till tomorrow to see if this is the problem. I ordered new relay. Battery giving 12.5 volts. As video stated, no power when key turned to on. Earlier it did turn on, I was getting 12.4 on fuse 1, and nothing on fuse 2. Though fuse 2 wasn't shorted (burned). Also was getting 12.4v on the relay prongs for plugin. I already have "non compatible" fuses. I'm not going to buy more that won't work. So i ordered the relay. I'd rather have a relay I know matches the type I need, than to guess at a fuse. I have 2, 30amp fuses. One new, One old. The old one, you can feel the friction as it goes into the slot. The new one doesn't. Therefore no conductivity. So, ordered new relay. If my lower 30A fuse wasn't giving any readings on power probe or multimeter, the replacement relay should fix it.
you have a short somewhere , this is where its going to get time consuming in looking for it. check all the wires looking for fryed or burned wires, any wires that are exposed and touching metal, switches, other fuses , cables to the battery, the battery itself, etc etc.
Bro i checked everything, both the fuse box and the starter relay. I previously installed a brand new battery and it was -10 degrees one week during the winter. After that week this problem occured. What should i do?
did you check the voltage of the battery? do you keep it on a battery tender when not in use? here is another video I have > ruclips.net/video/D8Oz8ak75Xw/видео.html
The bike takes a bit of extra power from the lamps to start Honda does it any way 😂 be careful with the wires that have no cover and is bearing the copper as its going to do the same thing again on you brother 👍
I have an FZ-07 and that isn't only the starter relay, it is also the main switch. I'm having an issue with mine except the fuse isn't popped, all cables look good, and I am currently charging an old battery as the gel battery I put in it last year is showing 12.6, the battery tender is refusing to charge it so I think it might be toasted inside, even with it showing 12v. Weirdest thing I have run into so far. Atleast yours broke at home, mine cut off mid ride... I need to get my bike running so I can check the rectifier as with everything connected, it buzzes and won't let the tender charge the battery, I disconnect the rectifier/regulator, and the tender does what it should. So I may be in for a new battery and regulator, we shall find out soon.
are you useing the correct tender for that style battery? thats the problem with those and lipo batteries is that u can not let them drain pass a certain point cuz after that there is no bringing them back.
@AC Productions yeah, it's the correct tender, it can do everything except lithium. I have a new battery coming tomorrow. I had a load test done on the battery. Even with it showing 12.6, it failed the load test before it even started. That just tells me there is a shorted cell. So the battery is able to hold a charge, but isn't able to differentiate positive and negative anymore. I'm still going to check my rectifier since everything is still torn apart, but I'm thinking it was the battery giving me a run around. I hate probing plugs, ohming wires, and chasing a problem that was so simple, yet did not want to show itself.
I have same problem as you i got a cbr fireblade 929 rr but my fuse relay is good BUT my issu is the battery is new and i put my ignition on horn wont work...no headlights either what coul b the issu????

Hi I'm Collin Iv just bought a Honda lead scooter 100cc but it has no ignition power its the 2007 model
I have a 05 R1 when I go to start the bike all lights and fuel everything comes on but it will not start I checked everything.it has spark fuel I checked to it has fuel . what is going on with my bike
does it crank? if yes you have to check spark, gas and air.
if it does nothing at all at push start, you have a sensor issue, maybe side stand, motorcycle tilt sensor or Killswitch at work
@@ficlinic6388 could you explain more plz.. my VFR800 turns on even crank but wont start... and sometimes the display dash would fade out... battery? Or something esle
@@feodiente9460 if it cranks, could be a spark or injector/ fuel pump issue, check those
@@ficlinic6388 cool... seems like its the battery so far... got it charged and now she running fine.. no complaints..😁
@@ACProductions77 Battery was dead. Dealership replaced it for me. Thanks for the reply. Sorry i took so long to reply.
@@zantesh no problem glad it wasn't something more serious
If my lower 30A fuse wasn't giving any readings on power probe or multimeter, the replacement relay should fix it.
i see you have done some extensive testing to make sure on the issue
happened to my CBR 954RR..but I replaced the fuse and it popped again ...what is causing it to trip
you have a short somewhere , this is where its going to get time consuming in looking for it. check all the wires looking for fryed or burned wires, any wires that are exposed and touching metal, switches, other fuses , cables to the battery, the battery itself, etc etc.
here is a newer video of looking for a short>> ruclips.net/user/shortsULYwriQriMc?feature=share
This was exactly my problem thanks man
Bro i checked everything, both the fuse box and the starter relay.
@@Bk12100 glad you where able to get it diagnosed. hopefully the new battery works out , maybe get it tested before you install it on your bike.
Look at those wires and fuses.
O thanks, was driving me nuts
Thank you for your service 🫡
The proper fix for the problem I was trying to google lol you da man
I have same problem as you i got a cbr fireblade 929 rr but my fuse relay is good BUT my issu is the battery is new and i put my ignition on horn wont work...no headlights either what coul b the issu????
check the main wire harness plug look for any burn wires
@@ACProductions77 ok am on it
@@ACProductions77 checked all da wires the bike starts wit a screwdriver iv put between the bike tank n its frame as soon as i remove the screwdriver the bike engine stops ..took it for a spine it rode well
@@darider6286 then in that case you may have a short some where
@@ACProductions77 i took it for a spin jus now its kickin way better than usual since it got the short sumwhere and iv tucked a screwdriver on the bike frame so it can start the bike more agressive wit nore power imma leave it like that
Thank you ,,,I have same problem
Thanks brother about to try this out!!
I have a 1986 Magna V65 and have the same issue. However, the fuse keeps blowing every time I replace it and connect the connector. I know this means there is a short somewhere but I cant find it. The negative terminal cable that connects to the solenoid is fragile but nothing is touching the frame and nothing else is either. Any ideas of what it might be?
check for exposed wire or it could be that one of the pins in the connector is not seated all the way in. electrical is always tricky
You are a legend
Good vid ima try on my Aprilia v4 my Kawasaki 300 is bulletproof but the aprilia didn’t turn on after I reconnect the battery the wrong way 😢
How many wire are on that plug my bike won't turn on their is only 3 wires on those outlets
on the starter reley there is only 2wires but on the main harness there are many
is that rectangular gadget a temp sensor? I have one like that ... good video, thanks for the hints as I had==ve the same problem - I'll look for problem tomorrow ...
Renegade Carlos yes the rectangle is a ambient air temperature sensor look for it on my upcoming 5yr review video
Thank you ! Thank You ! Thank You !
your welcome
Helped me so much dude ur amazinf
thank you im very surprised on how many people have encountered the same problem but no one has shown how to fix it till i made my video I guess shops trying to keep it a secrete so they can make money off of us.
Thank you for the vedio
I'm having the exact same issue with my bike but the fuse is good, we tried charging the battery and the battery is good. the frame is grounded, and I have 12 volts between the connections to the relays I don't think there should be 12 volts between the relayed connections and I don't think the frame should be grounded let me know what you think
check all the fuses, & also check the main harness plug
Hey bro, I have JL 70-30,, it not coming on, can u help me pls
