It is 2:16 in the morning where I am. I just got my lungs/throat under control from an attack and am in a very upset place. I am currently watching this video on repeat because it is helping me calm down and keep going. So thank you :)
I had that same huge asthma attacks check samters triad disease in case you might have that. I used to have the same huge asthma attacks just like that and my voice when away to; with good medication and food (no dairy, no sugar, no processed foods, no red meat, no gluten) natural and fresh food a lot of fruits vegetables (more vegetables than fruit) and check wheet grass. The dairy is the worst thing you can have for mucus. Again for people who have asthma. When you get better go to beach, do some walks a very light yoga practice, and positive affirmations (you can read Louise Hay books) :) Blessings you can overcome that I did! I watch this channel because I did battle chronic disease to and this two are such an amazing inspiration!!!!

Omg this is an inspiring video and sadly we found out that my first born niece has Cf and was diagnosed at a very young age and it is sad to think she is going to have to deal with it for the rest of her life 😪

I too have cystic fibrosis, I am 16 and was diagnosed at 4weeks old, I was also diagnosed with diabetes at 12 and a half years old, I live in New Zealand, I don't like doing my breathing treatments, so this video is very motivational for me :) you guys are awesome!

This is a touching video I have asthma and I thought it was hard for me to breathe but I realized that there are other people with life threatening conditions it show me that I'm lucky to breathe good I'm so sorry I will pray for her and say let if go away this is a touching video I love this is so touching.
So do I I was born with it and when I was younger I was in the hospital every night coughing and one night I had to go by ambulance and I could not breath and I don't remember much but I was very very sick I hope you feel better stay strong and take care of yourself
I have asthma is the worst when i get sick i need the inhaler to breath good and once when i was 5 i needed to go to the hospital i had a asthma attack then last year i would of die i think will let me tell u will when i went to the doctor they said that i needed my inhaler for a week they said if im really active when i was sick and near my dog that they could of send me to the hospital it was scary when they told me that
