yeah ofc you need to be on because it's your own world, it's like an owned server, like aternos if you are not active in it they will turn it off ( that was an example )

That will happen if you upload speed isn't high enough. This could be due to having a poor connection to playit's servers or the game is just using too much bandwidth. I recommend saying hi on our Discord and asking around there for assistance, discord.gg/AXAbujx

Send them the playit address and they can direct connect or add the server. The playit address is the thing that ends with the .craft.ply.gg
