Per their online instructions the trumpet should point downward. That means he has them on the wrong side. Also, you don't want water collecting in them and that's why they usually point downward.
This gives me hope to do my own dream build one day. Im restoring my gf's ford galaxie atm to gain experience. i love watching these kind of videos. Keep up the good work!!
Definitely not worth spending almost 30k for a lb kit lol
Chris! I forget who it is, I think corbeau sells a heating element that you could slide into those seats. Then just wire to the regular plug!
That left rear end is pretty bad lol
carbon inside and fiberglass outside is for added strength at lower cost. the right orientation (CF) will give an added strength compared to the same fiberglass part. the rest is cutting cost down. quite common actually in boating.
thank God for 1.5x playback speed......sheesh!
For the duckbill wing I think it would look really clean if you painted the top side white and leave the underside carbon or maybe even paint a white insert and leave a little carbon fibre boarder? Either way, love your content and progress on your builds!
5:15 the kit might fit well but duraflex is NOT a reputable company. Duraflex is garbage 99/100 times.
My duraflex bumper for my z cracked my paint around my headlights and flaps in the wind they are terrible bumpers
Why anybody would want to cover up all that beautiful factory sheet metal in the first place is beyond me.
It is made light for racing. You should add more layers for street use.
Just started watching this series.
