Hello, my Texas neighbor! 👋
Great list. I love Jerra’s content. I should check out her seeds too.
Love your garden! 💚
We planted so much (lettuce, kale, spinach, beets and carrots) but Helene just threw a wrench (and trees and bricks) in our plans. Garden is destroyed, but thanks be to God, we are alive! Will try to plant again asap.
@@mary-garner67merz I am so glad to hear you guys are safe. I'm so sorry for all of the loss
@@fromthegardenchannel ❤️ aw thank you! I know it's a first world problem... but it's still frustrating after the fighting the squirrels all summer.
Grateful you are feeling well.
Thank you, I am also so grateful
You have a blessed garden
Collin County Texas here. I planted beets, turnips, carrots, kale, spinach, and mizuna this weekend. Bok choy, lettuce, Brussels sprouts, onions and garlic are coming soon. My winter garden is waaay better than my summer garden.
Same! I always flourish in the winter garden. It's also good for the winter blues for me. Keeps me active
I am in the same area and was wondering what to plant. Now I know, thanks!
Anybody in this area been having problems with growing beets at the moment?
Hey, neighbor! Just the vid I have been waiting for... it's still been sooooo hot here in ATX area.
FYI You may want to check sound level a few minutes in and re-upload before you get more views. Sound goes way down.
Ugghhhhh thank youuuu I had some technical difficulties with this upload 🤦🏻♀️

From San Antonio. I hope this community keeps growing. I'm trying to get things started myself. All of this is Great information! Thank you. 😁
Your recent suggestion to grow carrots in my Florida zone 9b was spot on. Thanks. The first section has sprouted. My second section has not yet germinated. I do have my beets in but I think the seeds might be too old. I appreciate your advice about what to grow in my area. I believe our climate is similar. I hope you are feeling better and that everything works out well for you in the future.
This heat is out of its mind. I'm so over it.

I only wish I had come across your channel sooner! Here in Kyle TX it's about 93° right now. I've got my work cut out for me, to say the least, I've neglected the yardening this summer-only very basic upkeep. Thanks for the information, if I didn't have a recent foot injury, I just might have gone out and done something. Love your backyard-reminds me of what mine should look like! Thanks again & will follow you from now on.
Trick r Treat!
Thank you for providing the growing zone link - only, I wasn't able to find the "LFD" information on the USDA Growing Zone site. Can you please advise? Thank you!😊
