I think more coaches should use his approach. My favorite tactic is that he makes his practices WAY harder then the actual games and i also heard that his girls practice with the mens team from time to time

In the women's game, people ask "which team will end up getting their asses kicked by UConn in the title game?". It's always a foregone conclusion that UConn will win it all. Did anyone really think Syracuse stood a chance of winning? At least when Butler faced Duke in the men's title game a few years ago, Butler came inches away from winning.
