What a gorgeous hike! Those two trees growing together is interesting, I have never seen anything like that! I hope you were able to get a stillshot picture of you and Melanie sitting on the rock in front of the waterfall. That would be a beautiful picture in a frame. ❤

Jody congrats on your 25 lbs! That's fantastic! I'm found a system that has balanced out my blood sugar, reduced my cravings, given me more energy, better sleep, etc. And it's sustainable for life! 😊
