በጣም የሚገርመው ከልጅነቴ ከ45 ዓመት በፊት ጀምሮ በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ቡድን ጨጓራዬ ሲቃጠል ነው ያደኩት አንዳአንዴ ምን አለበት እንደ ሕንድና ቻይና እና የመሳሰሉት አገሮች ለምን ኳስ አቁመን ሩጫና ሌሎች የመሳሰሉት ስፖርት ላይ ለምን አናተኩርም እላለው ምክንያቱም በብሔራዊ እግር ኳስ ቡድናችን እንዴት ጥናት አልተደረገም ለምንድ ነው ዝም ብለን የምንሸነፋው ወይስ እንደ እንግሊዝ ብሔራዊ ቡድን በእግር ኳስ የሰራነው ግፍ አለ? እነሱስ ቢያንስ ዋንጫ አይብሉ እንጂ አይሸነፉም ለማንኛውም ብሔራዊ ቡድናችን አንዱ ችግር ተጋጣሚን ቡድን አክብዶ ማየት ሌላው የኢንተርናሽናል ልምድ ማነስ ማለት ፕሮፌሽናል ብዙ ተጫዋች ስለሌለን አስተዳደጋችንም ጭምር ተፅዕኖ ፈጥሮብናል ብዬ እገምታለው መፍትሔ ለዘመናት የተጎዳው ፉትቦላችን ሳይኮሎጂካል እንደ አዲስ መገንባት
