You work for Paul Reed Construction? Recognize the trucks and have seen the 892's around. I work for Nienhueser Construction out of Sidney, Nebraska. I know how you feel about the worn out machines part! I see you have your truck drivers trained to stop when moving the bucket versus honking the horn, I don't have the luxury of a horn when loading trucks either lol.
Yes I do. I was the super on the Illinois Street paving job for a while last summer and also the box culvert on Weyerts rd while you guys were doing the shoo-fly.
for being a tired old john deere excavator I would have to say you are a good operator ive seen lots of guys with new excavators and cant load trucks as smouth as you and you don't bang your bucket when your dumping your bucket in the truck FUCK I HATE when guys bang there bucket GREAT JOB...
End dumps are articulating dump truck the bend in the middle to turn they run off road also known as rock trucks these trucks in your video run on highways known as on road trucks better name simply as tandems or tri-axles Volvo A25s and A30s are end dumps
+Chess PlayerElite Yes, Tandem END DUMPS or tri axle END DUMPS if they dump out the back they are an END DUMP. An off road rigid frame like a 777, still an END DUMP. On road tractor trailer that dumps out the back of the trailer? You guessed it END DUMP...
You're right and wrong. yes, technically any truck can be considered an end dump but on any construction site if someone says go get the end dump and load it, they're not referring to the Peterbilt in the parking lot, but instead the Volvo A 30 or something of the like. Can we at least agree on that? Peace
Tha'ts all dependent on what part of the world you're woking in. around here ADT's are called "haul trucks" or "rock trucks" no one uses tractor trailer end dumps here so Tandem and tri-axles are called end dumps.
Still faster then a new link belt nice vid 👌 man
Old machine, but still moving dirt! Good video Ryan!
Thanks Albert! We have two of these turds but they still get the job done... lol
that's what counts!
Old machines are in some cases as good as the new ones!
Wow this one is faster than the on we had at our pit, our had a 3 yard bucket I think, but it was slow as Christmas
I don’t really like John Deere excavators . But I must give this video a big thumb up 👍🏼
Nice vid! Not that operators first day on the job.
sweet video , Ryan !
Nothing that a new engine and some hydraulic work won’t fix ...still cheaper than new
