To get the shiny we have to do all the process from the beginning? I mean to give the fossil to the man and go out and in and check it? Because I didn't turned off the autosave and now the game sends when the man has already ready the fossil
Oh yeah, you need to turn off autosave, otherwise I believe you’ll keep getting the same fossil. It’s ok tho, you can get more fossils at the underground.

Sometimes before I enter the museum to start the sr I visit first some other places in the game to do some things and then I do a new save in order to save those new things. That new save will erase the sr that I had already done or it doesn't matter? For example if I had done 400 sr with the first save and then if I make a new save before entering the museum and start again the sr will the 400 sr become 0?

Yes you can mine for more, they’re on the underground, they are kinda rare tho, It took me around 2 hours to find 5 of each
So to hunt these do you just get multiple fossils then when those aren’t shiny reset to where you had all of them? And are the shinies predetermined?

Do I have to give him the fossil after each reset or can I directly get a Cranidos after resetting and it can be shiny?

I found it quicker to drop the fossil, leave the museum and come back and save right before they give it back to you.

Can't you just soft reset infront of the scientist
That’s what I did. Or you mean drop one fossil and SR? It is faster to drop 5 and then soft reset.
