If Isaiah 6 v 13 states that only ten percent of the physical "House of Israel ", will return from captivity.How is it that Revelation 7 v 1 - 8 be describing the same set of people.The two do not match at all.

Happy Sabbath! It would appear that the remnant of Isaiah 6 is a 10th, and that Revelation 7:1-8 is the composition of the 10th / remnant.
