AMT learns how you drive. If you drive with heavy foot it will give you jerks. I have AMT it is very lathargic but I do not feel jerks it shifts at 1500 rpm. For those who drive pure automatic AMT is not for them
If you are not an enthusiastic driver, go for AMT. DCT is good to drive but not reliable. Read a thread on bhp. An old i20 owner's DCT stopped working, the workshop is quoting 3.5 lakhs to repair it. This is a big downside of expensive automatic. If one has to drive with a light foot, AMT is good. It also has manual mode without clutch so one can switch to that on highway for enthusiastic driving.

Yes, true seats are soft but i took it for a 2-3 hours drive also i did not feel that they are not comfortable rather i felt they are very comfortable.

In auto mode, when you feel that gear should change, release the accelerator and press it again, (like we do in a manual car while changing gear). you will not feel the jerk at all. Basically amt is not automatic, it is a form of manual transmission which has been automated. Try and let me know.

Congratulations on buying this car. I love this car as well. Wanted to buy this but bought urban cruiser because of comfort for parents and overall space. But this is going to be my second car soon. Although I was considering the G model AMT version. Its most suitable for me and I can do away with the extra features. I took a test drive for this AMT version if glanza, and I didn’t feel head nod while even starting the car and revving hard. I enjoyed the AMT version of this car as compared to other cars. But thank for showing properly the head nod problem that you have faced.
10:00 Bro actually it is tuned according to our input on pedal. If you press the pedal slowly it will change the gear on lower RPM, hence smoother drive. If you want fast acceleration then you will press pedal hard. So car will push the RPM. Got it ?

Glanza is better in many ways and the segment of punch and glanza is difference hands down glanza is better becasue it has more comfort legspace and even its latest model right now. go for AMT version but take care then you cant take the amt car in water logged area becasue fo fear of hydrostatic pulback.
i think you can buy it dont worry about anything negative which i said i absolutlely love the car i have a minicooper but becasue of the advance features of the car i prefer taking glanza every time.
i would suggest glanza better hai because bhp bhi zyada hai base version mein glanza ki plus lates model hai recenlty launched so better technology hai in all aspects.

right now in city i am getting around 15-16 kmpl in highway it will be around 18-19kmpl....but i have seen videos where on highway people have taken out around 25kmpl
what about safety? baleno/ glanza safe nahi he. Aur aap ka rpm itna upar is liye jaa rah he kyuki aap bhaut zayada hard accelerator press kar rahe ho. Thoda light acceleration karoge to jaldi (lower rpm) upshift hoga, aur jhatka bhi kam lagega.
Pro tip: Roll down all the windows for 2-3 mins after switching on the AC, if car is too hot. Then roll them up. Cools faster.

They are effective but obviously it's a very thin layer . It's not like car will not get hot.

No such problem i drove car for around 5hrs....
No issues in long drives.. I drove for 9 hrs

dont know about baleno's suspension but i really like the one in glanza
Baleno doesn't guide during reverse.
One more It doesn't auto off the indicator.
