Hi, thank you for your comment! If you are referring to the SF models then SF1000 and SF2000 are the same body size but spool size is different. Both are slightly bigger on SF2500. Normal Airity does not have #1000 size but you can use SPLW LT1000 spool on LT2000. 2500 and bigger, all has their own sizes so there are no spool matching cross over the different sizes. You can use the same spool on normal and PC models, such as LT2500S and PC-LT2500.
@@jpfishingtacklenews195 oh OK thanks got it.. I thought thr 2500 SF just had a bigger rotor so it can fit the bigger spool.. so the 2500 SF also has a bigger body a bit.. so the gears and some other internals are bigger ? 🤔
@@thatonebeone I assume so. I am sorry but I can't just make sure of it as we are not able to supply overhaul services so can't compare the actual gear size but the body size looks slightly bigger than 2000.
I know this is really tricky, the PC is "Power Custom", but it is actually equalized to the normal size of Luvias Airity 2021, and previous FC - "Finesse Custom" became the no-marked size. Means, Luvias Airity FC LT2500S = Airity LT2500S, Luvias Airity LT2500 = Airity PC 2500 in size-wise.
Thank you, I understand that.. That's the tricky part of DAIWA LT sizes to me. Currently you can only use the SLP custom spools such as SLPW EX LT Spool2, which has 3000D and 4000D.
@@jpfishingtacklenews195Yes, I have the 2000S versio. I already contacted SLP and looked around and there is no deep spool available for the 2000 so was curious if another reels spool would fit. 🤔 I wonder if the Exist deep spool would fit. 🤔
@@Sweetaccord Ah I see, yeah 2000D is not available from them. We talked to DAIWA Official and confimred you can use the 22 EXIST spools to 23 Airity for the same body size, but please be mindful that there are a bit complex sizes such as FC, LT, PC, altough 2000 size should be the same.
This is my personal opinion but to be honest, not much different. Of course Exist can be slightly smoother as it has better quality parts and better clearances in between each parts, but not really noticeable and Airity can do pretty much everything that Exist can. I don't see difference of functions really, unless if you are a professional who spends 5+ hours for fishing almost everyday :)
Can u help me pick Airity or vanquish or luvias gv some advice im biginner.. i dunno how to choose which 1 better or u have any suggestion for me.. really appreciate it.. sory i cant speak well my english is broken..
Of course, no worries I am not native English speaker to be honest 😅 If you are a beginner then it'd be different how often you go fishing and/or what type of fishing you use. If you just want to use for light use and not go fishing quite often, I would select Luvias and use extra money to have rigs and stuff. If you are really keen to go fishing often, and have more durability, I would go with Airity. Vanquish is such really nice reel but Infinity Loop is not really the recommended one for beginner to be honest. If you are experienced and good on casting, that'd be also great choice :)
Thank you for the comment! To be honest 22EXIST, 23 Airity and 24 Certate are basically similar, and my personal opinion is that 22 EXIST can cover both 23 Airity and 24 Certate, and 23 Airity is lighter for everything and 24 Certate is more durable. I felt 24 Certate is a bit heavier for body weight and spinning, torque is quite similar but slightly 24 Certate is a bit powerful, and also felt 24 Certate spinning is slightly heavier. The AirDrive Rotor of Certate is slightly harder from my feeling. But again, Not much differences. FC / SF of Airity is excluded, they are like "Hi-Custom Tuned F1 Car" type.
23 Airity is general, versatile light spinning reel like others, and 24 Airity is more for finesse use. 24 Airity SF is less weight, has smaller body, thinner main shaft, short spools, and adjusted inside parts of the body for finesse use. Airity ST is a Sensitive Tune, without Magsealed, with oiled ball bearings (normal has greased one), also have LT body and SF body too. Currently we did not buy these as we have not much fishing type for those super-tuned models.
Hi, thank you for letting me know the mistake and I am really sorry you are right, the part Magsealed ballbearing is not installed is both side of drivegear, not the line roller.

Hi, I checked your short movie and no ours are not like that noisy, though SHIMANO ones are a bit quieter. I would think to talk to the store you purchased the reel or to DAIWA customer centre if that bothers you too much, it could be manufactural thing. I placed my 22 EXIST to DAIWA service and got back quieter, by replacing a couple of ball bearings inside.
Thank you for your comment :) I see, maybe shape? I think previous DAIWA spools are more like sharp n solid shape and the new ones are more like round shape.
